      Working with All Energy Solar has been so easy, from planning through installation. They were really clear about what the project entailed, what it would cost, and how the tax credits work. They were incredibly responsive to questions.They assigned us a project manager who kept us informed on scheduling. We had 12 panels installed in February 2024. They worked with our electric company and stayed on top of any issues. We are now producing energy and received our first bill for electric: $23! I highly recommend this company if you are considering solar energy-- for their expertise, excellent service, and clear communication.

      I'm very satisfied with All Energy Solar and the work they did to add solar panels to our house. We originally reached out to them back in 2021 when we bought our house, but ended up putting our project on hold. They were accommodating and not pushy at all when we paused the process, and it was easy to pick things back up in late 2023 when we were ready to move forward. Everyone at the company that we interacted with was quick to respond to questions and communication, and we always felt well-informed and up-to-date on where we were in the process of things.
      We had a brief snafu with some miscommunication when we had to be out of town (previously communicated to them) during part of the installation process (mostly because we were traveling through a deadzone and couldn't respond to their messages), but All Energy was still able to accommodate the changes and things went really smoothly even with that one issue.
      I would not hesitate to recommend All Energy Solar to anyone looking to add solar to their house. Everyone we worked with, from our first contact to our last, was friendly, professional, and great to work with. The solar panels look great and we are very happy customers!

      My experience started out fine with getting a quote for solar and getting setup for my install. During the process All Energy Solar told me they’d get me information for financing as I requested. After never providing me information for financing they sent me an invoice for about 70% of the cost of the project. I found financing on my own and get that paid relatively quickly. My project got completed and I paid the remaining balance when the final invoice was sent.
      As part of their contract they agree to pay you for any solar production that would have happened between when you sign the contract and when your system goes online. When I received that payment it showed a month and a half missing from the estimated production and when I inquired about that they said it was because “I held up the process by not having financing I order right away.” When I reviewed that with my project consultant he said because of their lack or providing me information on financing I shouldn’t have held responsible for the hold up. After months of emailing to get an update I still have never been able to get that corrected let alone a response from the company.
      Their communication is horrible and this company doesn’t care about you once you’ve signed the contract and certainly once you’ve paid your invoice. If you have another option for solar panel install go with anyone other than All Energy Solar. Their customer service is a joke.

      Outstanding Customer Service throughout our year long project to install 80+ solar panels on our home. Excellent/clear billing work. Great work crews. Superb craftmanship. Appreciated having Project Manager(s) to communicate with before, during and post installation. Would highly recommend this company.

      Fantastic service from start to finish. They made the Federal Tax Benefit of 30% easy to deal with.
      Financing was also simple and easy to understand. Thorough, professional, efficient. No problems connecting to the grid. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend All Energy Solar to anyone.

      I needed the panels removed and rei.staled due to new roofing shingles. 8 panels removed and re-installed, two men a total of 8 hours- $6000.00, or $750/ hour.
      I was told if I contracted from someone else for removal and re-install the warranty would be void.
      Price gouging at its finest. Run from this company.

      During installation of our solar panels 10 years ago we were very pleased with the service. Recently we had a roof leak on the portion that the panels were located. We called All Energy Solar on July 7th, 2023 to have the panels removed so that repairs could be done. After over a month of calling and speaking to at least 8 different people the panels were removed to the cost of $3,600 for an hour and three quarters of work by three people. When we discussed the reinstallation of the panels on our garage roof (an easier location) the All Energy Solar contact stated the cost would be $18,000, a ridiculously high price for the 14 panels (which we own). I wrote a letter on September 6th to the company CEO regarding the poor communication between interoffice members and obvious price gouging. The letter was never answered.
      I do not recommend this company to anyone.

      I've been a customer since 2018 and have received great customer service from installation through annual check ins and service work done under manufacturers warranty to replace an inverter that failed. Every year they reach out to review the performance numbers together and see if the data is showing any equipment degradation indicating a breach of warranty, so far so good. Sales was low pressure, and turn key financing was easy to understand and use. They fully explained the difference between "plated" production (based on lab performance) and expected actual performance (real world + my site nuances) upfront. The system has met expectations and I more than break even on my electricity costs every year - as projected. The full real time monitoring upgrade option has been very worth it for peace of mind on the journey - allows me to understand what's happening and adjust our behavior plus it helped me spot the inverter problem quickly. I've recommended them to several friends who've become just as satisfied, and their referral program is icing on the cake. I refinanced multiple times between. 2018 and now, when rates were dropping, and had no issues with appraisers recognizing and increasing the value of my home appropriately for this commodity producing equipment on our great frictionless net metering system in MN. It's the best remodel investment with an ROI much higher than any other project IF done right w a long term solid company - my home equity went up dollar for dollar and it's paying for itself every day, silently and reliably.

      I’ve had All Energy Solar for 7 years now. I’ve recommended them for years but recently had hail damage to my roof. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Long story short, took off my panels and re-shingled my roof with a few days after the panels removed. I’ve been working weeks with them to get them reinstalled and am told 8 weeks! So there the panels sit in my garage collecting dust vs. solar energy.
      No other solar company will touch these panels/system so you are completely stuck with All Energy Solar.
      8 weeks - assuming no weather delays.

      We appreciate Mr. *** (withholding name for privacy) frustration with the amount of time it requires to coordinate and resource a system removal, a third party roofing company, municipal approvals of the roofing, and scheduling a reinstall. This customer is among many whom were affected last season from the hailstorms, and constrained capacity of roofers and other contractors, including All Energy Solar. All are anxious to restore their dwellings.All Energy Solar did not "push" for a removal date but, rather, kept the customer in the loop in February, March, and April as to when our seasonal work will begin, and inquiring whether or not he had any information from his roofer yet. We removed the system on May 8th. The customer requested that we reinstall within several days of the roofing job, and we advised (prior to the removal) that we could not reinstall that quickly and that there would be a longer delay for reasons explained to him.The customer advised us on May 14th that his roof was complete and we advised that we would schedule his reinstallation. On May 22, we provided him with a tentative July 2nd date, but that we were already working to accelerate. On May 25th, an All Energy Solar Director advised Mr. * that she was working with senior management to reduce leadtimes and expedite his reinstallation and that she would advise him of the results. The customer then submitted the complaint over the weekend, before we could provide him with our improved dates. We have been able to rebalance our schedules to reduce the lag time, and we have him scheduled for reinstall in mid-June (6/16).

      worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!! delayed start time ( 6mo )
      $68000 system doesn't even cover the electric bill like it's supposed to.
      still have electric bill on top of the solar loan payment.
      6 inverters were not working for 3 months before something was done, then they wanted me to claim it on my homeowners insurance.
      they never answer the phone and when you leave them a message or email, they ignore you. I would stay clear of there aggravation.
