    I purchased a protection plan for my Peloton bike in February of 2020 from Upsie. Luckily I haven't needed to use it until now. I went online to file a claim, and received no additional information after that which I found odd. I received an email stating that **** received my claim, but no claim number and no additional information provided. I then tried to find a phone number and come to find out that Upsie closed. I was never made aware of this, and I reached out to ****, who informed me that they only took over the subscription coverage plans, not the warranty plan that I purchased outright. They suggested I check my inbox for an email from either Centricity or Fortegra, which I did and I do not have an email from either. I called both companies and neither has my plan. They searched using my phone number, email address and plan # that Upsie gave me, but no one has my plan. This is beyond upsetting. I read other reviews stating the same, and I even emailed the email address that Upsie responded with and of course I received no reply. Their website looks like they are still an active business and you can still purchase plans. Do not give this company your money!!!

    Paid for their 2 year warranty on my 65" ** OLED *** TV was not functioning properly so I filed a claim in November 2023. We ar enow in Feb **** and as ever follow ** in the past, their answer is that they have submitted the claim to a "repair center" and ***************** will be reaching out to me. They say it is out of their hands now since ***************** has the work order from them to contact me, but they will not share the information of ***************** nor step up to cover replacement of the *** Awful customer service and does not stand behind their product. STAY AWAY from Upsie period.

    They are just awful. I have called and left a message maybe 10 times. I have sent multiple emails. I am told via a recording to fill out a form but there is no form to fill out. I am about to take legal action

    I purchased ADH, Accidental Damage type plan from Upsie. My daughters tablet broke and i didn't get the full story from my daughter until the next day. FIrst a rock hit it, then i was told she dropped it. Either one that happened should of been covered with a Accidental Damage warranty, they denied my claim because rock would be a "misplacement". I cancelled my warranty with them and be sure to tell all family and friends not to use their company. I'll stick with SquareTrade/Asurion. No thanks. Terrible customer service.

    I purchased an ipad and had it covered through Upsie. With five months left on my two year warranty the ipad broke. So I called them for a claim on the product. They gave me instructions on how to go about getting a repair/payment. After paying the deductible they said I would receive a Zelle payment. If said payment wasn't approved within four days then a paper check would be issued. Its been over one month of waiting for this invisible payment. I've been calling them almost every other day the reps are rude, they offer no solution, and I am without a working ipad that my daughter uses for educational purposes. Worst insurance company ever.

    so I bought a warranty for my laptop I sent it in when I was having troubles( it was slow, the battery died fast) then they fixed it for me but sent it back with my backlit keyboard not working, so I sent it back in now there giving me a reimbursement only for the coverage amount that’s left, but I was on the phone with a person who helped me file the claim and they told me I would get a reimbursement for the full amount of the laptop that I originally paid, even though they spent 6something in repairs stay away from this company. every other insurance company will send you a reimbursement for the full amount even with repairs .

    When you call Upsie you get nice customer service, while paying for your warranty that is. Wait until you actually have to file a claim with their contracted company, Centricity. It’s been an actual nightmare. They will flat out lie to you, on multiple occasions. I swear they tell there reps to lie or do anything possible to postpone/deny the claim. It started with the lie that they won’t cover water damage from a “fully” submerged phone (centricity speaking). Come to find out it actually says on the Upsie website “submerged water damage” (I took a screenshot). Next time I called and explained the descrepancy, and, wow they decide yea we’ll make an exception and accept the claim. An exception?! Accepting the claim is only the beginning of the nightmare though. Back and forth with their agents only to be told to call back. No claim has been processed, and it’s been quite a while. I usually don’t write reviews. I will be going out of my way, spending my time to find review sites for both Upsie and Centricity.

    Stay away from this company. They recently changed the way they process claims and repairs.
    I used them in the past and was able to pay deductible and get repaired at the local repair shop they recommend no problem.
    My most recent claim they wanted me to pay for the repair and be reimbursed at a later date.
    On the website it states you can use an authorized local repair shop but that option was not given to me.
    I do not recommend this company they change terms and do not honor what you purchased.
    Please use a different cell phone insurance provider if you don't want to be majorly stressed out and frustrated.
    Also they ignore requests to cancel plan. I requested cancellation weeks ago.
    They just blocked me on Facebook for posting the same warning I posted here. They don't want the truth out.
    Terrible company.

    Absolute scam...they are denying our "accident" because they say that it was misuse. As others have said, they are shady. Finding the actual terms and conditions on the site is not possible, although they will provide it for you when they deny your claim.

    After some back and forth with a couple people from the company, we were able to resolve the claim with a cash payout. Be aware that you may need to really push, because they will grill you for details of your accident and may be likely to claim it was due to misuse.

    Called them told lady on the phone at warranty that my apple products tilt screen will not stay in place, she kept telling me i had a apple warranty , i don't i bought upsie warranty, she said call apple you have 1 yr well my 1yr is up and i called to get this issue fixed, its an apple imac only to be told to call apple over and over again i have a 1 yr. trying to talk to someone with ZERO ENGLISH skills is hard. i want to get my issue fixed but can't make this person on the phone understand that my 1 yr is over and i want to use my warranty i bought and paid for.
