    Hi, this company is running the scam telling the customer they will cover any kind of accidental drop or the damages and when you try to file a claim, they have exclusions and denies a claim and there is no refund if you cancel the warranty so please aware of this company do not give them any kind of business Because I end up losing $160 for two watches warranty which I thought I was getting a good deal. Beware of the scam Customer Service and people are really thief.

    I have had the same experience as everyone else mentioned. Filed a claim, and waited two days, no response from the company called back and said they need a reason for the "cracked" screen. I explained that the screen wasn't cracked. Had the same company re-diagnose it and provided a new receipt I sent to Upsie. The receipt clearly said that the phone was in mint condition, the screen back-light had gone out from the looks of it. Finally got a straight answer today. They won't cover it due to the terms and service saying "negligence" because they asked if the phone had any falls or drops. I responded with only the normal fall from a couch or bed. They denied the claim because of that clause in their T&S which you can't find on their site. Luckily, I'll be getting my $75 back even though it wasn't an Accidental claim. Stay away unless you want headaches when you need to use.

    I had a nice chat with someone at Upsie. They apologized for my experience and took care of my out-of-pocket expense. I'll remain an Upsie user after this experience. Hopefully, they can coach and train their agents to have the same customer service level as ******* when she chatted with me.

    After chatting with the agent on the phone and via email, I wanted to provide another update on my situation. I have received my accidental damage refund and the refund of the cost of repairing the phone. Since in my case the phone is in mint condition, no accidental damage was found and with the phone's screen no longer displays an image. That was covered at my original plan purchase around two years ago. If you have accidental damage, you'll have to pay the $75. Hopefully, this case becomes a training tool for their agents. I'll continue to buy Upsie warranties and use them when needed. I hope if I do have to use it in the future my experience is different. Thank you to all that was involved in resolving my issue.

    I would provide 0 stars if I could! A claim was submitted for an iPhone 13 Pro *** on 5/24/22. It was a complete nightmare from beginning to almost end (it is Sept 15th) and I still am waiting for a pay out on the claim. I had contact was no little than 8 different people, all were inept. What an awful business!! It seems they rely on no one having issues or the issues they have are able to be resolved locally. In this case NO ONE, including APPLE could fix the phone. I paid for a service that is beyond substandard. DO NOT work with the company, they are awful!!!

    I filed a claim on Monday for my Samsung Ultra 22 phone being submerged in water now it does not turn on. I called on Monday and was told that there are 2 options to either take my phone to a stor for repair or shiop phone to there repair shop, so they dold me to pay $99 deductible which I did. Havnt recieved a shipping label to send phone yet. Now there are saying they have to review if its negelence for submergience of phone. This company is the biggest rip-off, they will try anything in there power not to resolve situation or pay. If by end of week there is no resolution I will be having a lawyerfile against them for value of my phone and deductible and for purchase of this insurance.
