We appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail. The installers were polite and efficient. I enjoyed "hanging out" and conversing while I was doing adjacent yard work and keeping out of their hair. We plan to schedule more work and hopefully the same crew in the future.

Window Concepts of Minnesota recently replaced five large slider windows in my 38-year-old townhouse. After three estimates, I felt confident and satisfied I had purchased the best windows for the best price. From first contact with the knowledgeable sales representative through the efficient and excellent installation of my energy Star, triple pane windows, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and convenience of the process. If someone would’ve told me it would take under three hours, with no mess to have these amazing windows, I would’ve done it sooner! If I could give Windows Concepts 10 stars I would! We used Window concepts to replace a sliding door in our walk out basement. The old door was original to our 35 year old house and tremendously leaking. Window concepts was willing to work within our budget to find a door that met our needs and would blend into the traditional style of our house! We will keep them in mind when we replace our windows in the future!Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Great experience with Window Concepts from day one. They were extremely timely in coming out to provide a quote and provided an informative in-home demonstration. We hired Window Concepts in late February and had three large bedroom windows installed on 4/18/25. Communication was great throughout the whole process and the install team arrived within the timeframe originally given. They laid cloths down from my front door, up the stairs, and into each bedroom to protect my carpets. The project took all day, but afterwards the only evidence of the install team’s presence was the stickers on my new windows. Very pleased thus far and we hope to use Window Concepts for our main level windows replacements in the future.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Hired them to replace 2 windows, cut in 1 new window last August. We are in April and there is still a work order to fix the work they did extremely poorly. Left a google review, reviewed by (Owner) on google reviews, who stated a project manager would reach out, Radio silence since. Install team didn't do a quality review, forgot insulation, cracked my siding, cracked existing drywall, forgot J-channel on 1 of 3 windows outside, cracked interior existing drywall not related to window and didn't repair, exposed fasteners on the exterior just look bad, trim on the interior sticking out 1/2 inch in places from drywall and the answer for that I was told to "Just mud it yourself", There is an existing work order from January to fix interior and exterior issues from poor quality and absolutely no plan as to when it will be done. Outside of our initial salesman, every part of our experience with window concepts has been negative. Communication is less than 0, they actually withheld information from us that could have caused issues. No follow ups, I did all of the follow up to check on status. I'm still fighting with them about getting on a schedule just to finish the interior. I have went as far as finding my own materials to reply to just get on the schedule for them to complete THEIR work. I would use extreme caution. If you do not trust yourself to do quality checks of their work, I would look elsewhere for everything. Anyone can do these installs, but you hire a company to represent professionalism and quality work. Window Concepts hasn't done any of that. Last communication I have is from early March, ignored otherwise. And to the "owner" who is reviewing this and sending generic "I'll have someone reach out replies", you didn't last week, I replied again today to tell your employees I want on the work done, I found the parts you need to finish your job since your project managers can't handle it. Hire better employees to represent you.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
