    I am so happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. Work was professional, crew was friendly and communication was great! I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future when I need more work done.

    I have been using WC since 2013. They first did the windows to my house and I was so satisfied with their work that I had them come back and install a sliding door and remodel my bathroom over the years. They are not pushy when it comes to providing quotes or scheduling dates and their techs are super polite when on the job. I highly recommend you consider them, they are worth every penny.

    I had four windows, a bay window, and my front door replaced. Working with Window Concepts of Minnesota was excellent with every step of the process. The sales person was thorough, and didn't pressure me. The person that took detailed measurements informed me of what to expect when it came to trim adjustments due to the age of my windows and front door. The installers were polite, and very hard workers. They finished the job in a single day, and I haven't found a single flaw in their work. I shouldn't need my windows replaced for a very long time, but I will be telling my friends and family that if I every need windows or door work again, I will go with Window Concepts of Minnesota.

    I had bath tub and surround wall replaced. Mike did it it in one day, he did a beautiful job and excellent quality love it. From sales to the finish everyone was pleasant to work with. Yes would recommend to others .

    I had Window Concepts install a new front entry door with sidelight. Salesman Kory was really helpful in getting the exact match to the other doors in my townhome association. My installer - Joe “the Door Doctor” - was fantastic! Joe said he only works on doors, and he really knows his stuff! His attention to detail, workmanship, clean up, and Customer Service were top notch. If you need a door installed, ask for Joe! I’m really pleased with my new ProVia entry door! I look forward to winter with no drafts from now on.

    We used Windows Concepts to replace a large bathtub with a walk-in shower. The work crew was excellent to deal with: skilled, personable, and timely. We couldn’t be happier with our new shower!
