    great customer service, great people with great attitudes. bought my pit bike there had a great time talking and working a deal with the sales team got great pricing on some upgrades had them installed on bike before i picked it up never been happier with a dealership

    I had scheduled seasonal maintenance and a general tune-up for my two matching 2011 Kymco scooters. They both still started, but would bog down under mid-high throttle. They advised me that some individual carb parts were needed, but on extended backorder. They also explained that complete new carb assemblies would cost roughly the same (due to labor) as replacing the the individual components. So I spent $1,100 for the repair. The day after picking them up, one scooter wouldn't start. After bringing it back in to them the next day, they then advised me that an auto-fuel shut-off valve had now failed (apparently unrelated to the new carbs they had just installed for $1,100). They quoted $279 for labor, and $62 for the new part. At that point I contacted another authorized Kymco dealer in my area, who quoted $125 total for the new fuel valve (installed). And new replacement carb assemblies from the reputable competitor would have cost roughly half of what I had paid. So I declined any additional work from Cities Edge Motorsports, and picked up the scooter. I also discovered dated fast food receipts in the scooters cubbies over the period that they had them - so I guess they decided to drive my scooters our to lunch as well. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company, and will not be doing future business with them again.

    We have reached out to the customer with great concern on these issues . We have notified the customer to that we received his concerns , in addressing concerns and asking the customer to bring scooter back to immediately look at running issues, customer stated he had sold the scooters . We made the customer aware that we would stand behind our work if any issues and we would correct them to gain back as a customer. We did make customer aware that we do not allow or ever test ride a customers bike to lunch . Miles are recorded at service check in and at pick up time.
