My technician was very thorough and thoughtful I knew someone who had their chimney cleaned in a difficult area and the experience was very poor and I shared that with my the h and he was understanding and assuring. This meant a lot to me for him to take my concerns and validate them. My husband was impressed with the process and the information that the tech shared. The team was thorough and highly responsive from scheduling to invoicing. Every staff member was helpful and professional. We especially appreciated the technician’s willingness to be transparent both during and after inspection, providing lots of pictures and calling our attention as warranted during the inspection as well. Admittedly, our call was an AR and frankly they didn’t get it out. Even so, they explained what and why. Do I wish it had played differently? Absolutely. Doesn’t change the fact that they were the only company out of 12 that even answered my call. I left messages with nearly everyone else and only 3 companies even returned my call. Pixley answered and worked me up in a booked schedule as soon as they could (2 bumps in 2 days). I appreciated the hustle and felt valued as a customer. Truthfully, I won’t be trying any of the other 11 #s ever again. Highly recommend!Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps & Masonry

We like Pixley chimney sweeps. They have been thorough with good photos of above the ground roof/chimney situation that they can see and we can not. Very good about cleaning up afterwards and being on time.Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps & Masonry

Our technician, Jim, arrived promptly. After inspection of our fireplace, he explained all services to be completed and the rates prior to service. We also requested inspection and waterproofing of the outside brick chimney. He provided pictures of the brick chimney and cap, along with recommendations of repair and waterproofing - rated included. Quality of the work done was excellent. Jim was professional, personable, answered all my questions, clearly explained the procedures. Communication and follow up from everyone at Jack Pixley was excellent.
