5 starsOver the past 20 some years we have used Jack Pixley Sweeps and Masonry services to perform Chimney Inspections, Chimney Flue Cleaning, Smoke Chamber Cleaning and Chimney Damper Replacement.Their recent service was a chimney inspection. Was on time and work efficiently and cleanly. A detailed report documented with pictures was emailed to us on what was done and recommendations concerning some necessary maintenance work to be done later with cost estimate. A very good job!

This is a professional company. They are easy to reach and they communicate effectively. The chimney sweeps are friendly, skilled, and tidy. In addition to cleaning and inspecting your chimney, they take photos of the interior and exterior of the chimney. These folks have done really consistent chimney cleaning for us for years and are helping us work through another company's shoddy masonry and flue repair work. *** was really helpful and took time to thoroughly explain our situation and our options to us. Outstanding customer service. They are first rate from the beginning of a job to the end. Explaining every step of the way what they were doing and as well as options. Very responsive to any and all questions as well as cleanup was very professional.
