    Dealership sold me a car in August that they have no title for. There is obviously an issue at the *** and they are radio silent. The car is now totaled and an insurance company is waiting for it. They have yet to produce a title.

    This is pointless to even have to respond to this pathetic individual. This horribly impatient and rude woman purchased a vehicle from us that we acquired on trade in from a customer. The customer did not have the title present at the time for their trade in. Per the ** ***, the title was free and clear and registered to the person that was trading it in, so per normal procedure we told the customer that they could mail the title when they located it and if not, apply for a duplicate. The customer could not locate the title so we ordered a duplicate. During the time we ordered the duplicate and were waiting, this rude, impatient, customer informed our office manager that she was in an accident and needed the title to finish her insurance claim. My office manager jumped through hoops for ********* all the while ********* was belittling her and speaking very rudely to her. We have submitted what we needed to the *** so ********* will be receiving her title. A process that normally takes 4-16 weeks, which we are well within the standard timeframe for the *** to update and process paperwork. We gave her a great deal on the car, treated her extremely kindly, and she repays us by acting like a child and attacking us on the internet over something we have very little control over. Good luck in the rest of your life, *********, I think you could use a hug.
