    I purchased a vehicle from Perfect 10 Auto, and shortly after the sale, it developed mechanical issues. Since January 2025, I have made multiple documented attempts to contact the dealership to resolve the problem. I called on January 23 and February 5, and later sent emails on May 8, May 12, and May 20—all of which went unanswered. I also called on May 15 and again on May 21, when I finally spoke with a representative named Kevin. He said he would follow up within the hour after speaking to a technician, but I never received a callback.
    After leaving a review on Google, I received one email from Kevin, but it contained little to no helpful information and there has been no meaningful follow-up since.
    Despite my efforts through proper channels, I remain stuck with a vehicle that has unresolved mechanical issues and no support from the dealership. I am requesting that Perfect 10 Auto take accountability and provide a solution to the ongoing mechanical problems with the car they sold me.

    We are aware of your ongoing efforts to damage our reputation, including submitting multiple negative reviews across platforms, using more than one ****** account to post duplicate one-star ratings, and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Its unfortunate that platforms allow this kind of misuse, which undermines the credibility of legitimate customer feedback.

    The vehicle in question was 17 years old, had ******* miles, and was sold for $4,400 a price that accurately reflected its age and condition. It was sold as-is, with that fact clearly disclosed and acknowledged at the time of sale.

    You were given a test drive, a CARFAX report, and the opportunity to use your own diagnostic tool. You identified a minor issue, negotiated the price accordingly, and confirmed the repair had been completed shortly after purchase.

    Months later, you contacted us regarding unrelated mechanical concerns. We offered as a courtesy to have our technician inspect the vehicle. Instead of following through, you chose to escalate the matter publicly. This pattern of conduct reflects retaliation rather than any sincere attempt at resolution.

    We stand by the integrity, transparency, and fairness of our sales process. We have no further comment on this matter.

    We had a great buying experience from perfect 10 auto The staff and Kevin was really great to deal with they even held the Acadia for a month while waiting for an insurance settlement thank you so much Tom and Jenny Hagford
