Safwan was excellent. He loaded alone a lot of stuff in less than an hour! Don’t underestimate him!!! His guys had scheduling issues at delivery site so we started late but once they got going it was fast. Good attitude and one of the guys introduced himself personally. Would’ve liked a better pricing estimate. And was lucky I moved on a weekday when my bank was still open.Quick Shift Moving INC

To address your concerns:
Delivery Timing: Your signed Bill of Lading (Section 2) outlines a delivery window of up to 21 business days, which is standard for long-distance moves based on mileage and route planning. Your move was delivered within that timeframe, in accordance with the agreement.
Additional Charges: During this process, you have signed both the Estimate (Section 9) and the Post Contract Agreement, which clearly outline the possibility of additional charges based on actual weight, services rendered, or access conditions at pickup or delivery. These documents were signed and confirm your acknowledgment and acceptance of those potential charges.
Missing Items: We understand how concerning it is to believe something was lost. Our crews follow a strict handling and inventory process, and have since provided the necessary claims information. That said, we encourage you to submit a claim and allow us to investigate fully.
We value our customers and are always open to correcting mistakes and improving communication. Please reach out to us directly so we can go over any unresolved concerns and work toward a resolution.
