      During the month of June 2024 I ordered a Wasserstein solar charger for my Ring doorbell. Paid $35.00. When it arrived at opening the envelope the box containing the Wasserstein doorbell was completely open. And at taking the solar panel out of the box it appeared to have been used already. There was no silicone or wrapping of any kind on the box or the solar charger. Nothing to prevent the solar charger from being scratched or damaged. The solar charger was haphazardly put in the box, which was not closed.I put the solar charger up that day to let the sun charge it. This particular week it was in the 90s and extremely sunny.The following day put ring doorbell on and noted the battery is at 80%. Over the weekend kept checking the battery level. The ring app told me the solar panel was hooked up and charging the ring doorbell, however the battery kept diminishing going down to 78%. Wrote email to the Wasserstein company explaining this. No reply. It wasn't until my third email that ***** wrote back. She asked for some info which I provided. The solar charger had been up for several days now and it did not charge the ring doorbell. Even after a week it has not charged the ring doorbell. I asked repeatedly for an address to return the solar panel to, and she would not provide one. We have gone back and forth with her asking for a variety of things. Her last email said she is sending this to eternal **** for more evaluation. I believe they sent me a used solar panel. And that this solar panel is broken. I wwanta full refund to the original Mastercard.Reference WAS#***** was the number given by Wasserstein

      The wired transmitter was defective. I used all new wire and transformer, video doorbell works fine but this product didn't work at all. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times with no responce.Would like a refund or new wired transmitter.
