      I bought the Wasserstein PS5 cooling stand (3-in-1 Playstation 5 Vertical Cooling Stand with DualSense Controller Charging Station, Cooling Fan, and Video Games Storage) from Target back in July 2023. After using it less than a year and 6 months, one of the charging pins for the controller charging station broke. For a device that cost me about $50, I didnt expect any issues with it so soon. I have emailed the company but have not received any response.

      We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised. Upon reviewing the customers statements and correspondence, it is noted that the product in question was purchased over a year ago, as explicitly indicated by the customer.


      In alignment with our replacement policy, which permits merchandise to be replaced within 90 days of purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a replacement in this case.


      At Wasserstein, we are committed to maintaining transparent and equitable policies to serve all our customers effectively. While we deeply regret any inconvenience this situation has caused Mr. ***** we are bound by the terms of our warranty and replacement policy.


      We sincerely apologize to Mr. **** for the frustration experienced and encourage him to reach out to us directly for any additional assistance that may be provided within the framework of our policies.
