1 starI had a very bad experience with this company and strongly advise others to stay away. They made verbal promises about expanding my bathroom and convinced me to sign a $14,500 contract based on those promises. I clearly told them my current shower was 60” x 30” and I wanted it bigger. They assured me it would be, but after installation, I realized it was the exact same size — nothing changed.
They also claimed they were using “special materials,” but it turned out to be standard items you can buy at Home Depot or Menards. When I raised my concerns, they suddenly said it couldn’t be made bigger due to property regulations — something they never mentioned before the contract.
Since then, they’ve ignored my calls and messages, and now I’ve received a notice demanding the remaining payment. The only positive was the installer, who did a good job with what he was told — but the sales reps were completely dishonest.
Do not trust their verbal promises. Get everything in writing. Better to hire a trusted local contractor than fall for misleading sales tactics.Review fromLinda and Don H
