    ordered one # to look up .99 Because I did not respond ,I received the National Directory fee of ***** mo. i'm 84 in assisted living now since the initial contact .No use for any Directory ,nor did I volunteer for receiving anything. Serk refund for 2 mos. of $*****/ea.

    2/17/2023 surprise on bank account balance, I tried 99cent 1 time lookup found nothing. I then called to cancel so wouldn't be charged anymore and it wasn't canceled apparently. Would just appreciate refund, cancelation of account and then I will be very grateful for the assistance.

    I was charged ***** after the initial **** i paid a week ago. I agreed to the **** i spent but not the *****. I thought i was making a one time purchase and no where did i see that id be locked into a subscription and be charged ***** after one week. it sent to my email but i didnt think to looks there. it shouldve told me about this when i made the **** purchase on the actual website rather than sending it to my email. this is ridiculous.
