    I signed up today to help a friends mother find out who was calling her husband and it gave me exactly what I needed to find out for her, they didn't have an option to cancel it and I didn't want to have my info listed anymore so I deactivate my account, otherwise I will be paying for something I dont use. I called and spoke to a lady and she was the nicest person to me and emailed me a verification that it was cancelled! So nice not having to speak to an automative system for sure!

    This was my first time using this business. Was trying to track down my aunt, my dad's sister who lives in another state. Got the phone numbers I was looking for. Glad they are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. Always a plus for me to see that on a business listing!

    Been unable to cancel subscription due to being unable to log into the site.
    Have not been able to cancel by phone.
    Elderly and can not afford subscription any longer.
    No user/password recovery to enable me to unsubscribe.
