************** agreed to cap the time they would spend doing my fall clean up at 2.0 hours. They invoiced me 2.75 hours and, ******** ********* *** Account Manager, refuses to honor their commitment. Here is their agreement to cap the work at 2.0 hours:"On Nov 4, 2024, at 8:08AM, Warner's Outdoor Solutions *********************************** wrote: Good Morning, Sounds good, I will get you on the list for the clean-up, cap the technicians at three, which is out average team anyways. I will set the hourly cap to 1.5 hours as they add 30 minutes for disposal if they take the leaves and everything with them. As far as time frame goes, its whenever you feel comfortable with, MN swings all over the place, but on average, we do clean-ups until the 30th, so what week would you want us to come out? Hi ****,

I just left you a voicemail and sent an email to both your and *****.  Please call me on my direct dial *************) when you get a chance, and we can discuss your invoice.

I do see ******** lowered your invoice to get to 2 hours, which is what you were looking for correct?

The crew ended up going over the cap by a few minutes, however the rounding to the nearest .25 hours made it over the cap you requested, which I do apologize about that.

It looks like you paid your invoice in full for the 2 hours with 3 workers.  I would like to mail you a $100 gift card to a store of your choice for the inconvenience you experienced.

Is there a store you would prefer the gift card to?

Thanks **** and look forward to hearing from you.

When I chose Warners Outdoor for snowplow service, I didnt know is that they do not determine the inches in my driveway but instead use an algorithm that for 3 months in a row has calculated my snowfall to be much deeper than the actual total. Instead of 4-8 inches ($105), for example, they charged **** inches ($140). Another time, they charged for plowing when there was less than 1 inch and nobody came to plow. During the months I have used them so far, they have overcharged by several hundred dollars. I requested each time that they correct their bill; once I received a corrected bill, I paid promptly. Last week, Warners sent me a corrected bill, with this message: We can make a reduction, but it will be the last time. Unfortunately, we cant provide service anymore due to multiple bill reductions. In previous email exchanges, I clarified that I was not asking for a reduction, but merely a correction. In their written contract, they indicate that Warners Outdoor Solutions shall have the right to cancel this Agreement for non-payment However, I have paid promptly each month and it is too late in the season now for me to find a different vendor. Their cancellation of my service goes against the contract we agreed to. They need to fulfill their contract with me and complete this season. I have no intention of engaging their service again next snow season, but they have left me stuck for the rest of this year. To add insult to injury, someone from their office came out yesterday. When I went out to ask him what he was doing, he explained that he was retrieving their stakes. They problem, as I quickly informed him, is that I put these stakes out before their first plowing, as they failed to come out and **** the drive and apron when they had promised. This has been a terrible experience, between poor customer service, unkept promises, and price gouging. Im not sure how they stay in business, but this is my first and last season with them.

I just left a voicemail with ***** stating that we would continue plowing his driveway for the remainder of the season.  The issue we are having is ***** asks for deductions on each invoice.  Snow removal requires expensive labor, trucks, equipment, etc.  We need to be compensated for providing this service.  I do understand the trouble of finding a snow removal contractor late in the season, so we will continue servicing his driveway through the rest of the season and ******************* doesn't continue to ask for deductions on the remaining invoices.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response in part, because: in his response, ********************* wrote, " The issue we are having is ***** asks for deductions on each invoice.  Snow removal requires expensive labor, trucks, equipment, etc.  We need to be compensated for providing this service.  I do understand the trouble of finding a snow removal contractor late in the season, so we will continue servicing his driveway through the rest of the season and ******************* doesn't continue to ask for deductions on the remaining invoices."  I wholeheartedly agree that ******** should be compensated for providing the service, but I adamantly disagree with his conclusions that I am asking for 'deductions' for each invoice.  From the beginning with this company, as well as in my BBB complaint, I have made it clear that ******** consistently overcharges for the actual amount of snow removed, and then complains when I correct the bill by paying only for the snow actually removed from MY driveway.  Their bills so far have overcharged each time by multiple inches (hundreds of inches) and have included billing for days when no snow was actually removed.  For some reason, ************************, and others at Warner's have steadfastly refused to accept my measures of snow each month as being accurate.  For ******** in fact, I measured each time before my driveway was plowed and then sent them an email with the correct amount of snow indicated.  However, they then billed me for some other amount, ignoring my measurements completely.

I just spoke with ************************* and we will continue to service his property through the remainder of the 2022-23 season, which will wrap up around late April, 2023.

    Thanks,
