On June 16th at 12:41 DealDash's time (about 35 minutes ago,) DealDash took ***** USD from my account without asking me anything. I did not give my consent for them to take any money out of my account. Order Number ********* I didn't give them consent to do this, didn't want that many bids. Now I don't want any bids at all. It is free to sign up to DealDash but to bid in the auctions one must purchase bids. However, this is an optional purchase, and something that DealDash never bills automatically.
I have taken a look into this situation and can see that our Support Team has issued you a full refund on May 16th. I have also emailed you the refund confirmation again to the email address we have on file for you, and please let us know if we can assiast further with this matter.

On May 9, 2025 at 9pm, Deal Dash went into my account to make a purchase I never gave consent for. Deal Dash took $42 from my account. I soon deactivated the app, even though I did not purchase anything while it was activated.Business Response

I have one a few auctions with Deal Dash, and a matter of fact I just won one as I was bidding on a secondary item which was a mouse. I had plenty of bids in my automatic bid box and all of a sudden it disappeared, and the item was given to someone else. I still have points in my big box that I could bid with and for some reason it stopped bidding for me and gave the mouse to someone else. I feel like that was wrong and kinda feel cheated.Business Response

Asked me to connect my credit debit card so I could pay for any auctions won but did not say it was charging me any money. I would have declined payment if given the information and asked to approve the charge had it given me the option. There was nothing on the page about buying anything. Also a company not trying to scam you would have actually showed you what you were purchasing and explaining the amount of purchase, there was nothing that came up and no explanation, as soon as you create an account, your automatically changed without explanation.Business Response

On 3/14/25 I signed up for a deal dash account and my card was immediately charged $30.80. This was done without my knowledge nor my consent. I demand a refund of the $30.80 and the deletion of my deal dash account.Business Response

I had previously reported this issue to the BBB. The company said they credited my account for the $30.80 they charged to my account on 3/14/25 without my consent. Unfortunately, I just received my credit card statement and they have never credited my account. The ** number of my original complaint is ********.
