I saw this site advertised and thought it was like a regular auction site. Unlike auction sites, you have to buy bids to bid on anything and it takes a LOT of bids (and time) to win any items. With pages and pages of auctions listed, you can only choose from a few at a time (like **** auctions, not pages) because most are "locked out" or "no new bidders" and THOSE that are available are either random junk, gift cards or bid packages. On top of that, the "buy now" prices are hilarious! ($55 for a $25 ******* gift card) I see no use for this site if you're looking for anything specific. I can't imagine how long it would take to win anything of real value on that site and I don't see how you could possibly win anything that's a "deal" on DealDash after the cost of bids you lost on top of the end price. It'd be nice to be able to explore the site before they charge you for a bid package when you sign up. I've asked for a refund. We'll see.

      Hello,

Thank you for your message and i'm sorry to hear DealDash is not for you.

I can see our support team has already issued a refund for your first purchase as per our 100% money-back guarantee. From here it depends on the processing speed of your bank. As soon as they update their records, the pending transaction you see now will clear off. Normally, they do this multiple times a day but can vary from bank to bank and may take up to 3-5 business days. So this should have been completed by now.

DealDash operates on a pay-to-play basis, so you need to purchase bids in advance to load up your account balance. Each bid you place uses up one of the bids from your balance, and increases the price of the auction by 1, while setting the auction timer then back to a full nine seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. Auctions go on as long as the bidding continues, but if no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sale price!

In regards tot he no new bidders feature, The No New Bidders feature limits the number of people who can participate in an auction. You will know when an auction has reached this limit because it will have a yellow or red NO NEW BIDDERS banner shown across the product image. This is not referring to new customers, but simply means that no one can enter the auction, only people who have placed a bid in the auction before the cutoff. This should help increase the chances of winning.

Today (Sep 5) I was charged $72.60 for no reason. I have not bought anything on Deal Dash whether that was an auction-able product or more bids. This charge took place around 4 P.M. I hope to see a full refund since I didnt buy anything so there was no reason for the charge. Thanks.

Lots wrong with this company. From a gambling ring to false/ misleading advertising, to outright scam & possibly something fishy going on with bids.Firstly, this is gambling NOT an AUCTION site. I realized this after making bids, winning, and losing them. They are "auctioning" off X # of bids. You can buy bids for twelve cents each . So 600 bids would cost you $72. They advertise on the site that 600 bids are BUY NOW at $340 vs $72. If you are lucky enough to win one, whether it's 100 or ****, even on your receipt it says you SAVED x # of dollars when in fact you didn't save anything. You are actually gambling the twelve cents away whether you win or lose which is not disclosed - even in their video it's lightly insinuated. But definitely not clear. So once you are bidding twelve cents a bid for 600 bids actually worth $72... You and everyone else reach a certain point to where you have to minimize your gambling loss once you realize what's going on. So if you bid 500 (12 cent bids) for 600 bids, you are paying $60. But if you lose, you are losing $60 so at that point it's better to try to bid higher so your loss is closer to 0 or break even.. I went up to 750 on a 650 bid card bc losing $20 was better than losing $72+. As an example, plus you pay the cash price that has accrued so you are paying twelve cents x #I thought if you win the bid you get your bids back. nothing is explained and you learn by trial and error - involved in a ****** that your weren't fully aware of..Some auctions end if your booked bids run out. So it is geared so you book lots of initial bids (or lose them like I did before realizing that you must pad the coffers ) or if you aren't paying attention and the booked bids deplete, you lose everything you've played. Rules allowed bid per User vs household so both ********** were bidding. We were removed /.unable to bid after he complained on another issue. And said associated accounts so I lost ******** saw booked bids vanishing.
