      I called around to get best price on installing a tank, I chose Lakes Gas. I called them back to confirm the installation price and they confirmed it would be $55 yearly lease plus propane. So I said go ahead with the installation. Next day after the installation instead of charging my card the $55 they charged over $400 just for the installation. They hadn't even filled the tank yet. So I called them and said if that's what they're going to charge me to come pick up the tank and refund me the $400. After a year they said they would only give me back $300.

      We wanted a tank set and propane filled for our new house. Kept us hanging for weeks and weeks and weeks. Thank God it wasn't snowing or we would have froze to death. We called on 9/15 at 2:12 and 2:13pm with no answer and no call back, 9/16 at 2:51pm with no answer and no call back, 9/19 at 7:38am and "we'll call you back", 9/21 at 12 noon with no answer and no call back, at this point we figured 'its a business- call until they answer' 9/22 at 11:32 11:33 1:58 1:59 2:00 and 2:04pm with nothing new, our last day we bothered calling was 9/23 at 11:53 11:53 11:54 11:55 and at 12:08 they answered and **** the scheduler hung up on my wife. I called back and spoke with the super rude receptionist woman, *****. She told me I should learn to check my voicemail because they left one on the 19th. She was outrageously rude.I said I've had this same phone number for 17 years, and the same phone for 5 - I know how to check my voicemail. And you did NOT leave a message. Finally she said they don't have anyone to do it and they don't want our money. I asked why she didn't say that the first time we called and she hung up us."we'll call you back.." never received one. NEVER.This is the ********** located at *****************************************************************

      This ** will s**** you by filling your tank after the prebuy price price expires after only 3 days when they could have done it 3 days before for the lower cost
