I had a state inspection done on my vehicle on August 12th, and the business claimed that only the third brake light worked. I am positive that all of the brakes were working shortly before taking it into the shop. When I was working to fix the issue, I found the reason the brake lights were not working was the turn signal switch was partially undone. (The plug has to be accessed from inside the dash and can not be accidentally pulled apart) I reseated the plug properly and then had no more issues with the lights. The business also recommended different work that did not require any attention. IE replacing the transmission fluid (just put a new transmission and fluids in the vehicle less than ***** miles ago / 3 months). Additionally, the business quoted outrageous prices for simple 5 minutes / low cost tasks. ($150 two change two brake light bulbs, which were not an issue to begin with).

Had to get my transmission rebuilt for my 94 Lebaron spent *****. The first of many things to go wrong with this buissness is they let my car leave with no transmission fluid. The second was my car died while in the parking lot as I was leaving from this Unskilled business. The third, was they broke my motor mounts and didnt even tell they were broke, had to find out on my own. I did leave the lot cause I needed the car to get to and from school. Called back later and said ** having issues. Their *********** Speacialist said bring it on in we try to figure out whats going on. Brought the car in, they inspected and diagnosed the car and told me nothing was wrong. Even though there were many things wrong with the vehicle and I had to trade in later dead I felt they could have found out for being so reputable. As a automotive repair business they have dropped the ball on their end. And to respond to a customer complaint and to try to reverse it on the customer as if it was there fault thats wrong. I said it was fine because I was tried of dealing with a bunch of liars and phonies the second time I came To these people. To me as a manager, I felt like nothing would get taken of car of with these folks. Never take your car there let alone get your wipers changed here.
