    BEK estimation of truck size for my move fell way short causing total chaos on move day. The truck wasnt large enough and they had no other trucks available to help out, leaving me to find a trailer on my own which I used a neighbors horse trailer, ruining a few belongings. Then they charged me for an extra hour ($280)that I had to find a trailer which they didnt help me unpack, the crew left when done with their truck! I would like a refund of the $280, its the least they can do for the stress they caused me.

    Excellent! I cant recommend this company enough! They did everything they said they were going to do, and when they said they were going to do it. Extremely professional and hard working. We did a long distance move to ***** and it was completely flawless. No damages at all. Communication was excellent as well. I highly recommend BEK Moving.

    I hired this company to love me from St Louis to AL.
    They gave me a quote to do my house. I got rid of several items before the move. **** came over to see all the items we decided not to take. We were told they would adjust the quote. They better did. They overcharged me $1,000 on transporting my car. We have damaged furniture, missing things, broken things and they set my kitchen stove on fire. I contacted them for money to purchase and repair items. **** said he was sending my deposits back. I noticed today I paid the deposit twice so he wasn’t refunding me anything other than the over payment.
    My cough is ripped and damaged, my husbands saw was like new and they got it wet and it rusted. My boxes were soaked and items inside damaged. My table is scratched, an antique table is cracked, my entertainment center is damaged. Door won’t open properly and it’s scratched. A settee for the yard is damaged and was like new. I talked to an owner and said I wanted $5,000 for damages. He said no and HAVE A NICE EVENING! Do not use this company. They say in the contract they will reimburse for damages up to $25,000 and they won’t.
    They sent me a bogus cease and dissent letter to stop giving them bad reviews.
    I’m contacting my attorney and will sue them. Awful people!
