    After having a few services performed at this place, finally got the worse treatment yet! Just to mention that prior visits were also high pressure (threatening warrantee). We had a schedule visit on 10/16 at 9am, that lasted till 12:15pm(3+hrs), for a 1.5hr CVT transmission flush. After I got upset with the wait, I approached the service person that was helping me, with the "out to lunch" sign still on his desk. I never got a update the whole time I was there. Once I approach him, he was telling me he was coming to get me "I'm all done". Now, here's where it gets interesting...the bill was over $300, he proceeded to tell me that was the normal pricing, in which, we have paperwork from previous services the quoted the same service or less than $200. When I quizzed him on that, "I must of been mistaken", he said let me talk to my service manager and "see what I can do". He came back and I walked away calling my wife to make sure she had told me correctly and to see if there was anymore details that I needed. When getting back with him, they had lowered the price to $200. Paid and left feeling that I was victorious......Got home and did a oil change on the vehicle, while doing that I always look around to see if there's anything wrong, and inspect the currently done work. Here's what I find....No bolts were even taken off of the transmission pan, nor was there a new gasket installed, the side filter housing wasn't disturbed, nor was the bolts been removed/installed. But the input and output lines were wet from the flush machine. The bill does have a $60 for filters and gaskets, that wasn't performed. I'll never let the dealership perform anymore on our vehicles, never buy a Nissan again!

    Really disappointed with the whole experience. Started out with wanting to do an overnight test drive with a Maxima since I work 12 hour shifts in ******. The dealership brought it to me, which was great. However, they made me bring it back when I wasnt going to proceed with the deal after my shift. *******, my sales guy, did not know a dang thing about customer service. When I told the sales person, (*******) that the steering wheel was a little difficult to turn he responded with I know theres nothing wrong with the vehicle, but I will get it checked if you want to buy this car that was the straw that broke the camels back and as a sales person, you do NOT get to determine if the vehicle has issues or not. Ive never been treated with such disrespect trying to buy a vehicle than at Bommarito Nissan West. When I went to drop off the Maxima after my 12 hour shift, I spoke to the manager about my experience who didnt seem to give a crud about what I had to say. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. DO BETTER.
