    If you value integrity, do not go with him. He rear-ended me as I was leaving town. He texted me a copy of his insurance and a copy of his Missouri ID and not license. I was in a hurry and it looked good at the time. I left out of town and looked at his information when I got back in. (The vehicle was still full operational, but it sustained some bumper damage. So, it wasn't in immediate need of repair). In any case, I found out when I got it back that his insurance had expired. I asked for an updated card and he keep saying, we can take care of it without going through insurance. I finally determined he was driving without insurance.All through-out the process he has gaslit me and said it was barely a tap. I have an estimate that says differently. When I engage him on it, he says that I'm just trying to make money. Listen, when you drive you drive with insurance like everyone else. When you hit them you make them whole. You don't give them a hard time. You don't look for ways to deflect responsibility. You don't gaslit the person you hit.Anyway, he's come up with excuse after excuse and deflected responding. Is this really the person you want to work on your plumbing? He isn't responsible enough to keep unexpired personal insurance on his vehicle to present to another driver if he hits them, he debates the victim about the damage, he promises to pay, but deflects. Just look on Missouri casenet, if you have any questions about his integrity. I sure wouldn't want to do business with someone who isn't responsible like that.

    Business took the money and only finished 1/2 the job. He never followed up and after a month we asked for a refund and he was so vulgar it was horrible. We had worked with them in the past with little issue but between the radio silence and the lack of refund I would never recommend working with them.

    ****** I was never in any way shape or form vulgar towards you. I just explained to you what you were asking for was unreasonable. I explained the total cost and the cost of the toilet replacement. Never did I use any profane or vulgar language in any way shape or form.

    Still waiting for resolution of Complaint #********-9EA88.Spoke with BBB on 12/18/23. Still waiting for response.

    Has repeatedly said he was going to do a job for me, only to not do it. Has ghosted me on multiple occasions, and at one point told me he was on site working on the job and had to leave to get something, only to find out he had not touched the job at all. I would not recommend under any circumstances.
