      Lowell, Massachusetts store on Bridge St.
      Purchased a phone from this store that already had someone's facebook logged into it. They refused to take it back. After going back and forth with ******* over the phone I had a replacement sent. Then years later I purchased a new phone with them but a few days later decided to go with a new carrier. They refused to take the phone back because of a poor feedback review I left about the first phone. They were upset and broke the law in order to spite me. I chocked it up and just used the phone to trade it in and had the debt removed from my credit score. This place hires grown children and scammers and needs to be investigated. They also sold my brother an older version of a phone because he didn't know the difference. I did and got my brother the correct phone through *******.

      They only sell phones. If you have a problem with a phone you get from them they won't help you with it. They'll just give you to a 1 800 number if you any issues.

      Both this company on a corp level and a local store( **********,**) had failed to issue a full refund in a timely matter. Corp level says check is in the mail.A very unacceptable response, when they dont know where the check is. You figure they would put a track number on it.Corp resolution center lacks better answers.

      Russel Cellular at **** ** *** *** ***** ***** ** ***** is the worst and most dishonest phone provider in Boone. In August 2021 ******* sent us a promotion notification that if we upgraded our phone to new ones we would receive a $800.00 credit per phone so we decided to upgrade. We went in to get our new phones and traded our old phone in we were told we would that we had to finance the phones for 24 months in order to get that promotion and that the $800.00 credit would come off the monthly bill. We started getting our bill and there was no credit for the $800.00 per phone off the bill we were promised. Josh the manager of the store said that it takes time for the promotion to show up in the system. When it credit didn't show up I went into the store to see what was going on. I was told that Josh had been fired because he was taking in phones from this promotion and is under investigation for not turning them in like he was suppose to. I plan to file a formal complaint with with the Better Business Bureau and *** ******** *******. I don't know if any one else has had this experience with Russel Cellular in Boone but BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Your Apology is a bunch of ****! The truth is that ****** Cellular advertised a promotion that they did not *****. Yes they did give me the $800.00 for my phone but after it took me 6 months of calling the location in ***** ** and chasing down your district manager, who by the way never return my emails or phone calls so don't make the $800.00 that I received a gift, it's what you advertised and were supposed to do! We still didn't get the $800.00 we were promised per your advertised promotion for my wife's phone! I spoke with your home office on Tuesday 11/07/22 and was told there was else ****** Cellular was going to do! I have lived in ***** and the owner of a local business I will go out of my way to share my experience with ****** Cellular with everyone I can! BUYER BE ****!!!

      First of all I thought it was a ******* store since there is no sign of Russel Wireless. Even the employees wear ******* shirts. I paid $815.00 for a new phone in which had to go with a new plan and I was told the $815.00 would be credited to my ******* account. Well that has not happened since ******* has been charging me monthly for the phone and its going on 10 months. Kept going in the store and kept getting the run around. Apparently they did not submit the paperwork correctly. Also ******* told me they should have not charged me for the phone to begin with since I traded in my old phone. Bottom line is they took my money for the phone and still let ******* charge me for the same phone. Due to their lack of business and care for customers have done nothing and should have been refunded if not credited to my ******* account. I was scammed!!!!

      I went to our local ****** Cellular for a new iPhone cover. When I went to pay, the salesman asked me for my phone number. When he opened my account he said, "there is a special over 55 offer, if you buy an Apple Watch your monthly bill bill go down $20! ". I told him I had no use for one, but he repeated that my monthly would go down, EVERY month! Then he suggested, "Just give it to someone". After a bit more discussion I signed and took home the watch. It sat in the bag on a chair. My next bill was $68 more than promised. I called the manager, who looked up my account and said ******* had simply not put the offer in the system correctly. Next month the bill was still $64 more. I went back in to find that that manager no longer worked there and now it was over 30 days,so I cannot bring back the watch! Numerous calls to ******* and Russell Cellular over the next 5 months got me nowhere and in the meantime I ended up paying $414 over my promised bill. I again went into the store asking to see the new manager, The same salesperson called him on my behalf. To this day, the manager has never reached out to me. I asked to speak to him and was told his number cannot be shared. I continued to call ******* and Russell Cellular Corporate. One month my bill was $454, $309 over the promised monthly amount! After daily calls to Russell Cellular I finally got a credit of $160. Not even close to what I have now paid for that watch I never wanted. My bill is finally back to what it had been before this fiasco. I never saw one month of the promised savings, I gave the watch to a friend. I will never step foot into a Russell Cellular.

      Didnt like the service with ********* ******* ***** Couldnt even help me get my pictures transferred to new phone. Told me I needed to go to the Apple store. Crazy I knew he didnt want to help me so I went back few days later and a very sweet lady named ***** was able to do it. So after the service I got from her I will go back there.

      My friend and I wanted to start a ******* family plan, so we Googled the closest ******* store from our home and came to this one. A shop assistant greeted us and then charged each of us $85 just for the *** card and Set Up fee without clear explanation. Then we opened the **** on *******'s website and found that each of us had to pay a total of $161.6, which included $35 activation fees and some other fees. The clerk told us that he would help us call ******* to waive our activation fee and setup fee. We all thought that the store was *******, because the store was full of huge ******* logo from the outside. We thought that paying money in the store was equivalent to handing over *******, but we found that was wrong. After we called the ******* customer service, we learned that there was no *** card fee or Set up fee at all, and the only extra charge for the new family Plan was the $35 activation fee. So the store was cheating us, and it's cheating all three of us out of $85 each.That's the ******* **** we need to pay fully, as well as we each paid the store an extra $85 just for sim card and setup fee that should be free.

On top of transferring all of your essential data and setting up your new device, it also includes a screen protector application (If Purchased), cloud storage setup, an in-store coupon, and more.       I have been a Russell customer from its beginning and I will continue til the day I day, Having left Carolina ***** I know what bad service is like. I bought my previous phone from *********************** and most recently from ****. Both gave excellent advice and managed to get my replacement phone in record time.I particularly want to draw your attention to Ms ******* ********, helped me with my difficult ring tone, to my screensaver to all of my adjustments. She was kind, courteous and patient with a tired, old, technically incompetent old man.I especially want to bring to your attention Msl ******* *********

      DO NOT GO HERE THEYRE THIEVES Traded in a phone May 20 2022 for the $800 promotion towards a new phone to new customers that would start being applied towards the third billing cycle. When my third bill comes I find no discount. Went into the store 7/22/22 & was told their district manager would get back to me in a day or two. A week & a half later I had to personally go in to find answers, was told they dont have proof of my trade in and that their district manager would talk to me in person the next day. Today (8/3/22) district manager ****** tried to ACT helpful but truly did nothing. She said they couldnt find camera footage of that day because they delete it after 90 days, but it hadnt been that long. Russell Cellular customer service said they delete it after ***** days, so whos telling the truth? SO WHO HAS MY TRADED IPHONE? Miraculously the employee that did my transaction doesnt work there anymore nor does the other employee that was there that day. Once Find my Iphone is disabled you have no proof of last movement or any way to track phone. Ran IEMI number & no trace of my phone. Now im out on my $1000 iphone 12 and will be paying another $1000 for a new one.ASK FOR A TRADE IN RECEIPT IF YOU EVER TRADE IN WITH THEM. After a lot of research I have come across a lot of people with the same issue. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH
