      Just watch the Jim Bakker Show and you will see a Shopping Channel, not a Christian ***************** is never a Guest who is not selling something, Likely because to be a Guest you have to offer old ***** a Piece of the Action. *** talks about end times constantly on the Show but still makes a pitch for viewers to buy all sorts of Stuff.....Guess they will be able to take ***'s Junk with them when the ********* arrive.....

      I ordered the La ****** Journey to Bethlehem statue on Dec. 5, 2023 and I received it on Dec. 11, 2023.It was in perfect condition and beautiful.The packing label shows Dec. 7 which is two days after I ordered.I had a very good experience with my order being placed and fulfilled timely.

      I placed an order on March 1, ******************************************* any response to my request for a refund (todays date is August 17, 2023- this is more than 5 months since I place the order). On March 24th, I sent an email asking for a tracking number or eta. I received a response a month later (April 24th) stating that the order was pending fulfillment and that it could take a few additional weeks for the order to ship. On June 13th, I requested an update and never received any reply at all. Finally, on August 2nd, I requested for my order to be canceled and refunded and I still have no received a response from that request. All I want is my money back. I wish I would have seen the BBB reviews prior to placing my order- hopefully The Jim Bakker Show will see this and finally ***** my request for a refund.

      I put in an order for 2 buckets of food 11/3/22 for $450.00. This was going to be part of a gift for Christmas for family. I used my credit card which the funds were promptly taken out on that day. It's now 7/20/23 and I have not received any thing. I have contacted the *** Bakker ministry by email 4 times and called at least 3 times. Only to be told by customer service that it is out of their hands and it is the vendors responsibility. The last email sent back a message saying their site had crashed. The email sent on 2/28/23 said they were filling the back orders for the month of September 2022 and were sorry for the delay. It saddens me that after all of crying by *** Bakker about his previous arrest and treatment that it looks like he is still being dishonest. If you tune into their show you will see that they are still selling their buckets and not acknowledging that they are severely back ordered. Disappointed to say the least.

      This business is not fit to be called a Christian Organization!! You Jim Bakker should be ashamed of yourself!! Having a second chance to have a show and using people's credit cards, checks money period. I wish you could see the way you treat others telling them you need this item books, food, DVDs and Items to purchase. Then not sending it!! I will never order another thing from you or your company let alone sponsoring your business. You have the nerve to expose others and you are no better than them. I have ordered several items and only received 2. I am still waiting months on 2 more. I read your reviews on BBB. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ IT BEFORE BEING AFFLIATED WITH THE JIM BAKKER SHOW. YOU NOW HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON FILE How can you be trusted!! ****

      On November 14th 2022 I ordered a book on sale for $5. "God and Country" by ***** ****** and my credit card was charged. However, I never got the book.
      I had also ordered a book by ***** ****** months earlier but was never charged for that one. Their links for contact go nowhere. I have learned my lesson.

      Something NEED"S to be done regarding Orders from Customer's that have NOT received their ORDERS. Or Obtained a Refund. You can't get threw to talk to anyone. Round and Round you go. ************* is a SCAM.. ************* rely's on Order's of Products to Sustain them. I ordered a DVD on Dec.15th 2022.. Its now Feb of 2023. This is TOTAL INCOMPETENCY. !! NO INTEGRITY .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MINISTRY..... YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER.. OR IT WILL TAKE MONTH'S .

      I have ordered DVDs and books from Bakker and always wait and wait and wait almost 6 weeks. The customer service number will not answer their phone or even ring.
      Does this man think he is too special to give decent service to the people who try to keep him in business???...
      I will ;never again order from him .
