      I ordered 3 books in May and 1 DVD this past summer. I have received NONE of the merchandise ordered. I have called numerous times and the calls go to a recording or a busy signal. FINALLY, after leaving many messages I was called back and promised my orders by October. It's mid November and nothing has arrived and no one answers customer service again. I will never purchase anything from this wolf in sheep's clothing organization again. I regret the damage this organization does to The Kingdom. It's shameful.

      I am still waiting on 1 book. One *** arrived and the ***** refund for three other books ordered. The *** was also supposed to include a book. It has STILL NOT ARRIVED.

      I placed an order for a Deluxe ME Solar generator with a bunch of extras. I ordered it on July 30th, 2020. It was $4800.00. It has NEVER worked. They charged my took it out of my bank the day I ordered it. It took about 3 months to get it. In Feb, 2021, we were supposed to have a blizzard. I got all the stuff out to make sure I had everything charged up. I could not recharge The Extra battery I had bought with it. There was no port to charge the separate battery on solar panels(???????) I called the company that made it. They sent me another battery. That one wouldn't charge either. I started calling Bakker and the company the product was "certified" at. "You bought it from Bakker, you have to deal with him. I called bakkers, they said I had to deal with the company that made it, then Bakkers program disappeared...no more customer service phone, only the prayer line...nothing accomplished there. Then the company Bakker got the solar stuff from disappeared for a bit...no more customer service number...couldn't text them or find them online for awhile. I never asked for a refund. I just wanted a product that worked. BTW, it had a 1 yr warranty. One day, lo and behold, after months of silence, I got a text from the solar generator company telling me about stuff from them on special sales. I texted back "why would I buy more stuff from them that never worked?" We traded e-mails. I asked for phone call. Factory called...they needed authorization from Bakkers to return and fix the stuff i bought from them. Bakkers REFUSED to even give authorization for the *************. Bakkers said the warranty was up (because i have been jacked around over 2 Years) so, we'll see what happens now, when I file a complaint in Bakkers state with the ATTY ******** ******** I NEVER asked for a refund...just to fix it to have in an emergency for my husbands oxygen machine and his bpap machine. I wouldn't have given 1 star.
