1 starTo whom it may concern, I'm writing to you to make a formal complaint against Mike, your bath and window sale/consultant.
He came into my home today at 4 pm. and crafted a quote for master bath shower. Quoting 13k if financed or 9.5k if I paid cash. ?? Because I told him I was expecting 2 more bids tomorrow, he would not leave a written quote from Bath World. All the time he was here, he was talking trash about competitors in the market. Mike is the same guy who quoted windows a year ago, and I went with Home Depot instead. He even began talking about the poor quality of my windows. I do not understand how a company could hire vett and send a representative out to my home with such deplorable behavior and attitude. I told Mike I would be contacting his manager, and then he threatened to bust out my windows if I do... he made this treat twice when leaving. I'm thinking very seriously about making a police report to cover myself. I hope you find this as disgusting as I found it. I will be posting this very same complaint on Bath World in Yelp and the BBB.Review fromAaron P

Worst company to use for any type of business. I 2021 Shortly after my wife passed they forced me to pay them 40k without a payment plan which resulted in me having to sell my house. Now as we move into 2023 they keep calling and texting me wanting my business. Neither of the owners or managers **** or ***** will answer or return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

*****, we are sorry that you are disappointed with your transaction and sorry for your loss. However, what you are claiming is not reality. As you recall, when we met with you initially your wife had already passed away. It wasn't until six months later that you decided to call ** back and decide to move forward with the order. Unfortunately, you waited another 3 months to notify ** that you wanted to cancel the order (not open to a payment plan or financing) and told ** that it was not an enforceable agreement in the first place because you didn't technically own the home. We attempted to cancel the order however the windows had already been produced by the manufacturer and we no longer had the ability to cancel the order. We of course let you out of the siding contract however we incurred significant cost on your custom built windows and had to move forward with the **************. Again we are sorry that you are disappointed with the transaction and wish you well.
