      Worst dental company ever! After spending over $7k in dental work, fillings fell out, crown fell out, partials won't fit right. I cannot express how horrible Aspen Dental is in Farmington, MO. They are NOT ACCREDITED with the *** and have an "F" rating. I've asked for a reimbursement....the last I spoke to a representative was September 7, 2022. HORRIBLE!!!!

      This is has been the worst experience at the dentist in my life. I needed a crown, so they did an impression, two weeks later the crown arrived, the color of the crown didnt match my teeth, so they sent jt back, over a month i have been waiting for another crown, after me calling the office every week , they finally invited me for an appointment, put a crown in, the color matched that time, but after getting home, i felt terrible pain, the crown was too big too bulky , it did not look right, I called them right away, they told me to come in ( only a week later) the dentist looked at it and they had to redo everything and did another impression only now of that bulky crown, leaving me with the temporary crown, that again didnt match the shape or color of my teeth, i was left with that temporary crown for several weeks, after that another crown came in, again the color was not a match nor the size. I was told to make an appointment at Springfield prosthetics company. This is an hour away from the ******* office. I have missed so many days of work because of this situation, i was in pain for several months. Finally after visiting prosthetics company,2 weeks later the last crown came in, it is again does not match, it is nothing like my original tooth. Color is somewhat ok, but the shape of the tooth is not. I do not want to go back to Aspen dental in *******, **. Now I have to find another dentist to fix everything what they have messed up. I paid 800$ out of pocket what insurance didnt cover. I want to get my money back, but the dental office keep sending me bills after each visit saying i owe them more money. That is absolutely ridiculous! I have to start this process all over again. I not only lost so much money , i lost ***************. Terrible company that does not know how to do their job and doesnt care about their patients!

      As always, if I could give this company a "0" rating I would. Aspen Dental ruined my entire mouth with the horrible treatments. I originally went in for dentures, however, the incompetent dentist (no longer at the Farmington facility) talked me into having over $7000 worth of work done. All the fillings and crowns have falling out. The latest a crown. They want me to come in to have x-ray done so to make sure I didn't make it come out and CHARGE me another $115 for the x-ray. WOW.....MONEY BACK GUARANTEED??? BS!!! DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL....I wouldn't even take my dogs there. They get you into their trap, make you spend A LOT of money and won't back up their money back guarantee. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!
