    Had an issue with the bathtub faucet not working at all. There were three visits by Maintenance personnel and after each of the first two visits, I was told that the issue was resolved when it was not. After nearly 24 hours without the use of a bathtub, it was finally resolved on the third visit. For my "inconvenience", I was offered a pizza, which I declined. My complaint about the service and my request for a full refund of $375.59 was elevated to the "manager". It has been three weeks so far, and I still have not heard from anyone, despite follow-ups of my own.

Whirlpool Tub, Gas Fireplace, Private Balcony StarStarStarStarStar We arrived with ** not working properly. Host sends out maintenance to install a portable **. The portable would not bring down temperature to below 78 degrees so that meant no cooking inside cabin and a unlocked window so we couldn't leave anything valuable inside.Probably cost me 500 in food for my stay due to not being able to cook.Front desk assured me by end of second day ** would be fixed. Second day comes Ac repairman come out and turns ** down to 68 from 70 and leaves. I don't hear anything from host. Third day morning i go to front desk and ask to be moved to one of there other places they have listed on ******. They decline after talking to supervisor and said we couldn't cancel the rest of our stay.The night of 3rd day I contact **** and they assure me that they will make host fix **. Nothing ever was fixed. 4th day there was a new ** unit setting under cabin ( Not Sure How long it had been there that was never hooked up. Do not ever rent from this place. All I ever got was a "I'M Sorry". Sorry wasn't good enough. They Duplex next to us had a portable ** when we arrived so they new the ** was broken. Like I said do not waste your money to stay in a hot box. After this experience im not sure I'll ever come back to ******* again. I can say **** has tried there best but they can only do so much.

    Reservations dates: 07/03-07/2024 Cost:1,158.06 / cabin 328 No words this place was filthy. From the moment we walked in it smelled of wet dog hair. As we walked barefoot on the carpet area we stepped on dry dog food.Pillows were lumpy. There mattress had a deep dip on one side. The jet tube smelled of pets and when I think of it I was told on ck in No pets. I can go on and on kitchen plates were scratched up. Mud stains on carpet and kitchen chairs. These are findings in a hotel not a high end resort. I am truly ANGRY!!!!!!!!!

    My son attended the state archery tournament in *******. I called on February 8th to reserve a room with our group as instructed and was told by our group and confirmed again by telephone with the reservation group I could cancel extra days 3 days prior. This will be on that phone recording. Once we found out the days we were shooting I called the morning of March 13th to cancel the lady stated she couldnt be would transfer me and I left a voice mail. I did not receive a call back and called back the following day and once again left a message. I did get a return call then. I was told that I would be charged an extra night because you had to cancel 2 weeks prior, I asked why when I was told 3 days then ********************************* said no it was a week prior and that she had told the archery thing wrong initially but corrected it to a week and told them to let everyone know. If this so the case we never seen it but my thing is on the hotel receipt itself it states they will honor the deal that was made on the day of booking which was 3 days and its on the recording. She told me she would talk to a supervisor and call back. She did not, I called again the following Monday and she said she had to charge it. I then found my original email with the original confirmation date and it and sent to her stating it says they will honor it but no response from her. I was not the only one that had issues so Im sure not the only one you will hear from. All Im asking is for the refund of the cancellation fee and taxes I was charged. This is at location **************************************
