  The Owner will try to sell you a contract to eliminate your time share obligation which we did and has not been resolved after 8 months and now he wants to charge us ******* more because something was not initially done at the time we signed which he would have been responsible for. Just another ***** in the timeshare business

  Resort Title Research, LLC, with The Park at Foxborough in *******, **, is a scamming timeshare exit company that lures people like my elderly father with free lunch or dinner at a Marriott to supposedly help exit a current timeshare but convinces a person (with duress and *******) to sign up for their timeshare at more expense with lies about returning your money in 10 years (my father would be 100 years old) and they set you up with two credit cards (***** Fargo and Barclays RCI) riddled with fake **** numbers in emails they send and callbacks by people who are obviously scamming (pretending to be bank personnel to look into your dispute) when you try to cancel the cards. My father and I (with our lawyer) have sent certified letters to cancel within the supposed 7 business days. I foresee a nightmare based on the runaround phone calls and texts from them so far. Do not answer postcards in the mail for free meals and beware of phone calls and texts and proposals that sound too good to be true!! I wish I had known what my father was doing. They prey on vulnerable people to make money! Stay away. Something needs to be done about this entire industry!

  I reached out to this reviewer by email 12/29/23 to request more information. He left a review regarding his father but did not include a first or last name. I searched our database using the reviewers last name, no records exist. Once I have the additional info we can move forward and come to a solution.

  We have submitted a request to cancel our membership back in August. We are not receiving any response. When we call, we can only leave a message. We need this resolved promptly.

  *************************, head of sales spoke with this client Dec 12th regarding the cancellation process.  We are getting the required documents ready for the client to sign.  Once we receive that paperwork the membership will be cancelled.  After the membership is cancelled the client will not be responsible for any additional membership fees.

  This company came to ******** and promised to get me out of my timeshare and offered a better deal. They took a copy of my credit card without my knowledge and charged my credit card $14,000.00 without my authorization. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a chargeback. This company is lying to consumers and taking large amounts of money without the consumers being aware of those charges.

  I am happy to look into this matter but I need additional information. I have searched all of our databases and do not see a client by this name. Also every client has to sign credit card authorization forms if we are running any payments. If client would please contact the resort at ************, we can discuss this matter.
