      In January, 2025, I attended a timeshare presentation by Timeshare Legal Service, of Branson, **. I accepted their offer of getting me out of my *********************** timeshare and agreed to pay the sum of $3,450 dollars for their services. Implicit with this contract was an additional $1,000 dollars for the transfer of Bluegreen title to Timeshare Cures of Branson, a service Timeshare Legal uses for title transfer. Due to my Budget, I had to pay both services in installments. To Timeshare Legal, I had paid $2,900 dollars. To Timeshare Cures, I had paid $600 dollars. In February, I decided to cancel my contract with Timeshare Legal, not out of buyer's remorse, but due to my realization I couldn't afford all the expenses, due to unforeseen circumstances. I went to the office of Timeshare Legal, spoke with the secretary and told her I'm canceling my contract and wanted a refund of the monies I had already paid. She told me her boss would call me to speak about my cancellation. I also contacted Timeshare Cures and requested a return of the bankdraft I had sent them. They complied with my request and returned the bankdraft to me. When Timeshare Legal contacted me about the cancellation and refund, the person told me a refund is only payable if they cannot get me out of my Bluegreen timeshare. After that conversation, I reread all the documents I received from Timeshare Legal. None of them say I cannot cancel my contract with them before I have paid the agreed amount. However, I had not paid my agreed amount to Timeshare Legal and Timeshare Cures refunded my initial payment. I see no reason why Timeshare Legal is not able to return/refund my incomplete deposit. Other than take my deposits, they had not done any work for me. None of my receipts/contracts are in digital form. Please allow me time to digitize them and I will forward them

      The TLS secretary told me their accountant had mailed the check that day from ****, **, where the accountant works. To date, 21 June, I have yet to receive any item from TLS. **** is only 30-miles from *******. Similar to this company stalling from February, 2025, when I first cancelled my contract with TLS, to June, 2025, to issue a refund, I believe this is just another stall tactic used by this company.

      We received an invitation to a dinner in which we would learn how to get out of our timeshare. The dinner included a presentation. In that presentation we were deceptively lead to believe the process for getting rid of our timeshare would be handled by this group and their sister company via a legal process. This process would only involve us in getting signatures on several documents and then they would continue to the process for us. Lies, all lies. There are NO lawyers involved. The process is handed off to a third party who has no lawyers and who tells you what letters to send to your timeshare. All correspondence with the timeshare is by you which was totally contrary to what we were told in the presentation (not to contact the timeshare for any reason once we signed the paperwork). Deception, lies and misleading information is what this company is about and the public needs to be aware so that no one else is pulled into their deception.

Several documents within the contract state that Timeshare Legal Service works with third party companies, case workers,and/or attorneys to cancel said timeshare(s); including, but not limited to, Line Item 2 of the Participation Agreement:

      This process is very Hands-On. Time is of the essence for any requests for paperwork and deed and/or contract information.I/We will provide all requested documentation to Timeshare Legal Service, your caseworker, and/or our attorney(s) in a timely manner.

      There are also multiple agreements that state the entities involved in this process. We look forward to completing the cancellation of their timeshare. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

      These businesses response is inaccurate. They did call me, but there was no agreement that they had fulfilled their purpose or that they were not misleading and how they approached the issue. Even their response mentions third-party attorneys, which there is no such existing thing. I wish for this complaint to be reopened.

      We are timeshare owners and attended a meeting on 10/17/2020 where the salesman *** **** sold us on a legal remedy on how to get out on the timeshare. We paid $4,000 for their services. According to the paperwork, it was 100% guaranteed. It is not 10/2024 and still the company has done nothing to help us. Actually we had two time share contracts. One of them eventually went into foreclosure and damaged my wife's credit. The other contract is still active and causing issues. The contact that Timeshare Legal Service gave me is *** *** at *******************. She was supposed to guide us though the process. She was in contact in the beginning, but as she stopped communicating with us over a year ago.I have contacted the salesman and TLS and they say they timeshare is canceled. However, that timeshare company says they is not true. I described what the ****************** said in the previous paragraph.They also promised in the beginning that nothing would impact our credit, but that has not been the case. In fact, we have had to put a block on my wife's credit report. They said that we have access to help with credit monitoring, but all they want is a credit card #. You can understand why I am reluctant to do that.We just want a remedy, not destroyed credit.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

      We do not accept their response.  We enter this contract in October of 2020, with a 100% Money Back Guarantee.  We were told in the meeting where we signed the contracts our issue would be resolved and the contract canceled in a couple months.  We are not 4 years in and still under contact for one of the two timeshare contracts and the 2nd one was closed in foreclosure.  Timeshare Relief has recently told me by three individuals our case it closed because the contacts are canceled, yet that is not what I am told by **************** (the timeshare company).  
      I have talked to the following individuals in the last few weeks,  all told me our time share contracts are closed, but this is not the truth.  I have copies of our communication.

      We were told repeatedly there was no way for us to get out of our timeshare unless we worked with this company and paid $7000 plus 1200 title transfer (no title is being transferred). Our timeshare let us out of our contract in January because we stopped paying. All the company did was write a letter for us saying 'please end our contract, my husband has cancer.' That letter and postage was paid for and mailed by me and was never acknowledged by our timeshare That was literally all Timeshare Legal did for us. When I called to ask for a refund the director hung up on me when I told him what was going on and that I wanted a refund.

      *** recorded phone calls, our Director has made every attempt to explain the process. The client refused to
      listen and kept using vulgar language, even after repeated requests to please speak respectfully, the client
      continued to curse and use foul language. At that time, the call was terminated.

      A refund has been denied since the case has been completed, as promised. We are pleased to have successfully
      terminated their ownership, and in less time than expected.

      We paid them $1500.00 and the second time we paid them $1200.00. to release us from a timeshare. We have not heard from them since 12/10/2022. I called them one time and spoke with a lady. the lady stated that she would be sending paper work to me but I never received those documents. I would like a a refund in the amount of $2700.00.

      We contracted with Timeshare Legal Services to relieve us of our timeshare ownerships. We were told at the onset that we could not have any outstanding fees or loan payments but that we would only need to make one more payment before their services took over to resolve the ownership. This was not the case as the company did not contact us for a few months. Further more the services are basically non- existent as they just collect a lot of information, want all communications with the time shares reported and give conflicting advice. The company did draft a letter from information I gave to them regarding our need to be released from the timeshare. As I have explained to the company, I know how to type- typing a letter; this is not providing me any service I can not do myself. Also I am the one negotiating with the timeshares. This company has not provided me with any services or information I did not have prior to signing up with them. They have taken a lot of my money and time. I have been told to lie to the timeshares about working with any company, told not to talk with the timeshare, then to talk with the timeshare but not to agree with any terms, then when a report terms they ask me if I accepted the terms. This company has not provided any help. When I called to explain these problems and request my money back as this contract came with 100% Money Back Guarantee they refused. The manager told me I would be out of the timeshares in a year and that would meet their guarantee. I explained that if I am out of timeshare ownership it would be by my effort alone.

      In regard to the above-mentioned complaint, clients entered in to an Agreement with TLS on July12, 2022.
      Since that time, the client has very much been in contact with our organization/affiliates and is receiving
      services in conjunction with their timeshare cancellation.
      The documents clearly state this is process is very “hands-on” and “clients’ participation and cooperation is
      extremely important during the timeshare elimination process.” The Terms also state that TLS “is not advising
      you not to pay any fees or bills associated with the above property.” Furthermore, the Money-Back Guarantee
      states that the client is guaranteed to be released or litigation will be arranged to release client of said
      property(ies), or all monies will be returned.
      The process is very much underway and has only been seven months from the date of purchase. Client has been
      in contact with our staff and is very much aware that the process takes approximately 12-18 months until
      completed.
      For reasons stated above, the dispute has been denied. We look forward to providing services to the client, as
      agreed, and completing the cancellation of their timeshare(s)

      On 8/15/19 we signed a contract with Timeshare Legal Services (address-1209 West Highway 76 Branson, Mo 65616. )This was supposed to use a Law firm of ******** to get out of our time shares. We own 3. It’s been 3 years and phone calls and it has not been resolved yet. We paid $6900. For Services and $3600. for Legal Services. There was a signed 100% guarantee of resolution or refund of entire amount. Nothing has been done.
