      I was contacted by a representative named **** who invited my husband and I to a free meal with other timeshare owners. This free meal was to take place during a weekday lunch or dinner located more than an hour from our home. When I declined due to busy work and kids sports schedules, I was rudely hung up on. I called the number back and **** answered. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was again hung up on. After calling back several times and not being answered, I ******d the name of the company located in ******* and found another contact number. I called that number and asked to speak with Mikes supervisor. I explained to Mikes supervisor, *****, what had occurred and asked that I not be called by anyone at that company again telling him Im not interested in spending any time or money with any company that treats potential customers that way.Following that phone call I blocked both phone numbers for TLS and I completed a ****** review. I was called from a *****, OK number about an hour later. When I answered, it was *****. He informed me that he had spoke to **** and listened to the call. He didnt feel anything had been done poorly on Mikes part and felt there had been an appropriate end to the conversation. He offered to listen to that conversation again. When I asked to do so, he then back peddled and said he wasnt able to do that and admitted that he called me because of the ****** review. When I asked to speak to his supervisor about this audacious invasion of privacy (calling me from likely a personal cell phone) he also hung up on me. I called back and a woman named ******* answered. She identified herself as the office manager and stated that ***** is her supervisor. I asked to speak to Clints supervisor. ******* stated that the owner is not available as he lives in *******, but promised that she would have him call me. Im awaiting a call now.

      I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this.All my questions were answered in a professional manner and my husband and I are thrilled to be a part of this!I literally never leave reviews but I was so happy I needed to get on here to share with others.

      The presentation was very informative so we decided to use their services. We no longer have to pay our maintenance fees. Very happy we did this! Recommend highly!

      My husband and I decided to hire Timeshare Legal Service to get ** out of our timeshare contract. Overall was a great experience, surprisingly fast and pretty painless. We also referred my father in-law and they are currently working on getting him out of his timeshare as well.

      My wife and I attended a seminar about 9 months ago and decided to hire this company to get ** out of our Timeshare. Not only did they eliminate our contract but they also got ** out of our mortgage that we owed! We are thoroughly pleased with their service, great communication, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

      In the beginning I was very skeptical. The pitch felt all too familiar (almost just like the sales pitch to purchase our timeshare). However, they were able to get ** an affordable rate to help ** get rid of our timeshare. They worked even quicker than they promised. My only complaint is that they are not very good communicators, and I only received a postcard upon completion. Considering the amount of money required for this to be resolved, I expected more communication and a more official resolve. Thankful to be done with our timeshare, and at a much more affordable rate than other companies we had looked into.
