    Havent been happy with Gateway disposal. I set up auto draft payments only to find out I get a collection letter saying they were taking me to collections called them up. Ask them why and they said your payments werent going through.. I asked them why didnt they call me to let me know or send me a letter and the gal I talked with was rude to me I wish my city wouldve stayed with the previous service because I never had any problems with them and their employees were awesome now on my bill. I have over $8 in fees along with the $55.16 went online and it said the last payment was 12/01/24 . When I called and talked with somebody, she said your balance wasnt as much as what the their online account. Their online account isnt updated.

    I have been waiting on my trash cans that were already suppose to be on the property going on 3 weeks now, im just not impressed, i can tell this company is going to be troublesome, hopefully residents can push Florissant to find a better contractor.

    Horrible trash service. Company is ridiculous. They miss picking up my trash all the time and then say oh we will get it next week when my trash is at the curb the night before. **************** has an attitude when you call and ask them question. ****************. ********** needs a new trash company contract asap!

    Gateway is horrible, they skip our trash cans all the time. I have had to call up there multiple times because the trash man has only picked up 1 can when we have 2 cans up front. They also did not pick up our trash at all last week. My entire street was skipped and they still charge the same

    I have a issue with gateway disposal not picking up trash on *******. They didn't get my trash Monday I called they were going to send someone out Tuesday, they never sent anyone I called Wednesday & was told they would get it Monday the 16th, tell me why the trash truck didn't get my recycling today he drove by acted as if he would stop & kept going I called them again livid. I pay my bills before they are even due so why not pickup what I'm paying for???????. On top of that they are picking & choosing who's trash to pick up. I've seen them only get the "white ppl" it's sad ??. My neighbor to the left is white his trash & recycling was pickup my neighbor to the right they haven't got his trash or recycling either or the ppl next to them BUT the white ppl 3 houses down oh there $h** has been picked up.

    Gateway disposals keep skipping my address and not pick in up my yard waste 4th time in the row ,I have to call them every week and complain .

    We are running on a delayed schedule due to the Labor Day holiday. The driver was dispatched back out to check and clean up if needed to. We will follow up over the next few weeks with driver to be sure this is taken care of every week.

    I've been waiting for trash cans for over a month. They told me to put loose bags on the street two weeks in a row and didn't pick them up. What a lovely trash filled Thanksgiving I had as a first time homeowner

    Gateway repeatedly fails to pick up trash and recycling, despite being 3x more expensive than their predecessor. This has been 2 of the last 3 weeks. If you actually get someone on the phone, they do not provide any support. They claimed we had not paid a bill, even though they picked up recycling and not trash. We provided proof of payment and showed that they were not the service provider on the date they "sent notice". They then say the trash was not out, when it clearly was and charge an additional fee the following week to pick up an extra can, that they failed to pick up prior. The support individual just wanted to get off the phone and not provide any support. I have driven behind the trash truck on my way to drop off kids at school, and the truck simply failed to pick up about 25% of the cans. This is unacceptable.

    I think Gateway Disposal is a great company. The drivers are very friendly. They wave when they drive by. We never have a problem with our bill. They also ******* or call us to let ** know if they are running a day later due to holiday or bad weather. We really appreciate that very much. Overall a great company and friendly staff.
