    My trash was missed on pick up day. I called and left a message (because it was after hours when I returned home) as soon as I realized it was missed. I never received a call back. I called back and spoke with someone who immediately told me that my trash was not out at 6AM. I set my trash out the night before so that cannot be accurate. Then I was told that had I called the day it was missed then they could send someone. I advised them that I left a message. To which I was told that they had no message received. I truly wish there was an option to use another company. This company is absolutely trash!

    This is unbelievable that I'm not the only one that is have issues with the Gateway Disposal customer service. The attitude is unacceptable rude, disrespectable just to ask a general questions.
