    On 12/13/24, I was charged twice for cab fare. The actual fare was for $53.20. However, they also charged my credit card for $54.30. They owe me a refund of $54.30. I have called them several times to complain but, they keep forwarding me to some number to leave a message. Nothing is resolved! They still haven't reimbursed me the $54.30.

    This complaint is not directed at the correct company.  Laclede Cab and St. Louis County/Yellow Cab share a common dispatch service.  *************** may have called Laclede Cab's number, this combined dispatch service directed the closest available cab to pick him up - this was a St. Louis County Cab.  We have tried to tell him of this but have been unsuccessful in making this clear.  Should he read our response, his trip information is: ********A, driver 2456.  If he can contact the correct company (St. Louis County/Yellow Cab) perhaps they will address it.  There is no refund coming from *********** as there was no charge from Laclede Cab.

    I was driving on 270N and a can hit me from behind going faster. They are self insured. I spoke with him and he told me my insurance had to pay even though they were at fault so my insurance got ahold of him. He told them after I got two estimates he would get back to me in 24-48hrs. ***** did not **************. He doesnt have voicemail. Wont respond to calls or emails. I have been waiting a week now and would like them to be be professionals and fix my car and respond to my reach outs so we can get this taken care of. Please help.

    The accident occurred on September 13, 2024.  We received the estimates on September 23, 2024.  A check was issued and mailed on September 25, 2024.  We have been in contact with the complainant regarding the check status and also let her know it was mailed.

    We will continue to work with this complainant and their insurance company to resolve this issue. This is not a marketplace issue and should be beyond the purview of the BBB. We would respectfully ask that you close this issue in your system.
