They quoted me a price for set of tires for my truck. I agreed to the price and they ordered the tires. I went in 2 days later to have them put on. After they put them on they charged me almost double. $100 shy of being double what I was quoted. After I questioned the price difference, they said I had been misquoted on price and they would put my old tires back on before I left with the new tires at the price they quoted. I get that mistakes are made when quotes are given. But the salesman even said that he noticed when the tires came inthe price was way off what he quoted me. But instead of calling and saying he made a mistake with the price quote and do I still want them? They just decided to put them on anyways and charge me double because they knew they didnt carry my size in store and I would have no choice but to buy or put back on wore out tires. Very poor business tactics, and I would never use them again.

I had the most belittling, degrading experience at the
Pocahontas Plaza tire. I went in to have a lawn mower tire repaired
& ask for prices on tires for my 2020 4Runner. The guy named Andy
was supposed to check into them for me. After a few minutes he told me
that they didn't have any tires for me & he couldn't get me any from
the warehouse either. When my mower tire was ready I went to the
counter. **** was taking my payment ($29 which seems excessive for small
tire repair). During that time Josh was next to him, talking in a
childlike voice, saying that he doesn't let his wife drive because she
can't but she's still his princess. I started walking toward the door.
As I did, Josh said in his childlike voice, "Awww, somebody has to do
some work now that it's fixed". I went on out the door, then decided to
go back in. I hadn't gotten my receipt, so I went to the counter &
told **** on second thought I did want my receipt. I asked for names,
first and last. Josh Harris & **** Norman. I then went to my
vehicle. Josh followed me. He came up to window, started talking to me
in his baby voice, saying, "We don't want to upset you". I replied with,
"Do you talk to everyone like this?". Again, in his childlike voice, he
asked, "talk like what? I was just talking about my princess". I asked
if he talked to everyone like they're a child. He then started talking
in a normal voice, giving me a half-ass apology. I told him thanks for
finally talking in an adult voice, then left. When I got home, I went to
their website and searched for tires for my vehicle. They had plenty
available from the warehouse or nearby store locations. I called Plaza.
**** answered. I told him that I had found that they have tires for me.
He said he was hoping I would call because he had missed a step when he
was checking into tires for me and asked if I wanted to make an
appointment for the following day. I said no thank you. This experience
was horrible. These men seem to have no respect for women.

This facility needs to be audited for safety purposes. The grounds are unsafe and there is no accountability for property damage done to vehicles in their care. A young girls car was urinated in, stolen from, and violated by either employees or people on their grounds. Even worse, they allowed a college student to drive off in an unsafe vehicle.

They are trying to sell me tie rod but, I have brand-new tierods. They also signed my name to my debit card because, I was refusing to pay for a job they couldn't complete. I gave them a second chance and they tried to rip me off for even more. They are very dishonest and take advantage of people they think are stupid. I have 5 mechanics telling me their employees are either stupid or flat out liars.

They do sell things thats unneeded, seen it first hand. They pick unsuspecting people to really rip them off, charge for flushes but not all sold, get done, seen this more than once. I would find another place to go, got tires, changed shocks, still vibration so I ordered another set I wanted, waiting on them to come in. They will say this is loose, just not to do alignments, break bolts off in engines and just silicone it in place to look like its on there correctly, seen this myself. Seen more than once same customer come in for same problem, mechanic error. Someone else had to fix it, 18 point inspection my ****, not every employee does the same thing. Some only check these, others this that. Whatever makes the shop more money is what your problem would be. Heard the employees say, oh if this person would have done this right, then we wouldnt be replacing this $2,000 part, customer pays not shop. The engine flush will ruin your engine, an employee put it in his vehicle, started knocking after. I heard vehicles too, no noise before engine flush, but after be rattling. ***************** steering, and transmission flush just a bottle, it should be hooked to a machine, incorrectly doing these, ruins parts. Just watch yourself if you go! Or stay away

They over tightened lug nuts on my Mom's car resulting in the studs breaking and the wheel coming off while driving. **** this place and it's workers.
