      I took two tires which went onto the front of my vehicle into this plaza tire on may 9th 2025 to get them balanced and they balanced one of them that needed it when the other did not. Then again on May 12th 2025 I brought two more tires in which go onto the back of my vehicle to get them balanced and I suspected that the right rear had a bad valve stem so I asked them to check the valve stem but do not fix it if its messed up and to do the balance. I received a call at 4:50 on May the 12th and they told me that the tires were done and ready to be picked up and that both of the tires needed balanced and they did that and the valve stem was bad like suspect and they fixed that too. I told him on the phone that I did not ask them to fix the valve stem. I went in to pick them up at 5pm on may the 12th and they told me they would not charge me for it because they did the work without asking me. The car was wobbling when I put them into the car so I brought them back in today May 29th because I did not think that the back two had been balanced like they were supposed to and when I brought them in today they told me that they did balance them because they had weights on them from their shop and he said he would still check the balance on all four at no charge and he went back out to the shop and then came back in a few moments later and informed me that there was a bend in the rim on the right rear. I know for a fact that bend was not there before I came into the store on may the 12th because I hand washed my rims front and back and there was no bend in any of them. Dakota the manager tried to tel me there was no way that they couldve done it and I mustve hit a big pot hole to cause that but theres no way there is that much of a bend in the rim with no damage to the tire at all whatsoever. There was no way this was caused by me and it was caused by one of the employees not paying attention when replacing the valve stem that was again not even supposed to be changed

      I took a vehicle that I inherited from my mother who passed away into the shop for servicing and I explained that I was driving it across the country back to *******. I paid them $200 to look at the vehicle and service the vehicle to make sure that it was safe to drive after pond driving it home I realized that the pulling was still really bad. The alignment wasnt done correctly so I had to take it back up there. I was told again it was done correctly when I was driving across country, it was pulling so bad that I had to hold onto the steering wheel so tightly just to keep from losing control of the vehicle and keep the speed that other vehicles were driving as well, I ended up breaking down in ********** where I was stranded and the Vehicle is still currently located and I have not been able to get the repairs done or get it home after extensive diagnostics with the mechanics at the dealership theyve told me that the battery was corroded so bad that Plaza tire should have known this and preventing me from driving across the country, they stated that this couldve caught fire while I was driving and it couldve potentially been deadly and or very serious Im seeking refund of the $206 that I spent for the negligent of them, not letting me know the seriousness which they should have noticed when they popped the hood and filled the fluids up not to mention that I took it up there multiple times and explained that I was driving across the country Not only did they put me in, but now my vehicle broke down in another state where Im having difficulty getting it repaired and or getting it home with all of mine and my deceased moms belongings

      Date: 3/20/25 Location: **********************, ** I recently took my car to Plaza Tire Service to have 4 new tires installed and an alignment. The staff was helpful when discussing what was needed, and we agreed on the service. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 PM and even arrived 15 minutes early to be punctual. They told us the tire installation was guaranteed in one hour, and I understood the alignment might take additional time. However, I did not expect to wait over 3 hours for everything to be completed.The real issue started when we finally received the car backright as they were closing. Every warning light imaginable was on: power steering, check engine, tire pressure, oil, brake lights, and more. We brought the car in with no lights or mechanical concerns other than needing new tires and an alignment, yet it was returned in a much worse condition.When we questioned them, we were told they couldnt do anything about it and were advised to send in an invoice. However, they didnt offer any written explanation, resolution, or confirmation that they would cover any damages. To make matters worse, we were scheduled to go out of town the next day, and now we are without a reliable vehicle, facing unexpected stress and repair costs.This was our second negative experience with Plaza Tire. We chose a different location this time, hoping for better service, but unfortunately, it was even more disappointing. I would not recommend Plaza Tire based on our experience. We feel let down, inconvenienced, and left with a vehicle in worse shape than when we brought it in.

      On 1/6/25, my grandson took our 2020 ***** Silverado to Plaza Tire in ********* for an oil change. On Saturday, February 1, he noticed a warning light saying service esc and service parking brake along with a loud ticking noise from engine. The truck was taken to a certified mechanic who noticed us saying engine needed to be replaced due to heat damage in the block. The truck had a new engine placed in July 2024 with no issues until after oil was changed at plaza tire. A letter from certified mechanics outlining issues and causes is pending.

      To whom it may concern, 

      Upon being contacted by the customer regarding concerns that our store did not add oil to their truck, allegedly resulting in engine damage, we promptly took action to investigate the matter. We arranged for Bentonville Towing to transport the vehicle to our location for a thorough inspection.

      Upon arrival, our technicians immediately checked the engine oil level, which was found to be completely full. The vehicle was then lifted for an undercarriage inspection, where no oil leaks were observed; the underside was completely dry.

      During further evaluation, we noted the vehicle was running rough. After moving items from the dashboard, we observed that the check engine light was illuminated. A diagnostic scan revealed the following error codes:

      P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire
      P0455: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected
      P0500: Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction (Cold Start)
      P2635: Fuel Pump Flow Performance
      Additionally, the system history indicated that the distance driven since the last oil level warning was ****** miles, with the current odometer reading at ****** miles.

      To gather further information, we contacted the facility that last serviced the vehicle. The shop owner, *****, confirmed that the customer had driven the vehicle to their location while it was running rough and misfiring. The customer reportedly added 45 quarts of oil (out of the 8-quart capacity) but was unsure of the oil type. The facility also performed an engine scope inspection, which revealed excessive heat on the rod bearing caps.

      During follow-up communication with the customer, we were informed that an engine from a salvage yard had been installed in July 2024 at the same facility due to a previous cylinder misfire, which had necessitated an engine replacement.

      Given these findings, we advised the customer to take the vehicle to a certified **/********* dealership for further diagnostic evaluation and manufacturer-specific expertise.

      Took car 1/28 to Plaza tire in **********, **. Needed tires put on and alignment. ***** were put on and alignment was done. Noticed on way home the tire pressure on one tire was not showing. I thought it may need to be drove on for a while to show the proper reading. It was not thought it might need a relearn as it was working when it was brought into the shop. Even had it on tire reading screen when brought into the shop. I had my wife call and notifiy them to see if they could take a look. The shop told her the tire come in with the sensor not on it. I then contacted the manager and got the same story. I told him it was working when it come in and he said it come it with just valve stem. I can provide proof from other services that all 4 where there and working. From dealership to ******* and probably even their own services I had there a month ago when I had driveshaft looked at. The part is not expensive, I expect it to be around $100 to get a new one put on, but it is just I was lied to and do not appreciate it. I use the pressure screens constantly and had it on there as I was worried about getting a flat before I brought it in to be serviced. I even get a service TPMS screen popping up now. They know for a fact they broke it.

      I came to the ************** location for a tire replacement and the wrong tire was replaced. I came back to have the correct tire replaced but I was charged for both and I would like a refund for the 1 tire that wasn&#**;t supposed to be replaced.

      I had a bad alignment issue with my van that had caused my 2month old front tires to go completely bald with wires showing. I took my van to Plaza Tire in ****************** on Clay St. to ONLY have the front tires replaced. I had already bought a Groupon to have the alignment done the following day. There was also a stripped lug nut on the rear driver's side wheel that I asked them to remove and replace. When I received the call to pick up my vehicle, they had replaced the tires but had also performed the alignment against my wishes. They did refund the alignment when I arrived to pay, which I appreciated. They made no mention of any issues and I assumed everything went fine. That night I was looking at the papers they gave me and noticed it said I was missing a front lug nut, which I was not missing when I took the van in. I went to check the wheel and found that the lug post was completely mauled and the lug was missing because it couldn't be put back on. I also found on the same wheel another lug that was cross threaded and the post it was screwed onto was completely broken away from the wheel hub and was just dangling inside the wheel!!! To make things even more worse, a 3rd lug nut was COMPLETELY loose!!!!!They broke 2 of my wheel studs, lost one of my lug nuts, and didn't even tighten one of the 3 remaining lugs, then they sent me on my way to drive with only 2 lug nuts holding on a front drive wheel without so much as a mention about the situation. I cannot believe that a tire shop would be so incredibly careless!!! If I wasn't the type of person to doublecheck their work this almost certainly would have ended in a horrible accident and could potentially have resulted in my death! The carelessness and negligence here is bordering on criminal.

      On 10/25, I arrived to my appointment at Plaza Tire at 9 AM, and was turned away due to staffing shortages. I returned on 10/30 for my new appointment at 8 am again to replace my tires. I was told after an hour of waiting that they would call me when it was finished. They called around 10 informing me my car was finished. Upon picking it up, they alerted me to some problems I knew the car had such as a bad gas sensor.. its an older car, a project car. I let them know I was aware and paid for the tires. No more than 30 seconds after pulling away, my car engine started revving up to 5 RPM and wouldnt stop accelerating. I experienced an emergency situation with my car becoming a run away car, nearly causing the loss of not just my life but property and others lives. I contacted Plaza Tire to inform them of the emergency I experienced and they loosely said You knew you had problems with it when you brought it in. Under no circumstances was my car experiencing such a severe problem even remotely related to what I experienced after picking my car up. The tech denied touching anything other than the tires and denied all wrong doing. Even though my car had problems prior to the service, I let them know ahead of time and was not warned of any potential issues that would arise after servicing my tires.

      The customer came in on 10/30/24 and dropped off the vehicle at 7:57am, We went out to bring the car into the shop and the vehicle was difficult to get started. We had to drive with one foot on the gas and one on the brake. As the customer states in the complaint, the car had running problems prior to dropping the car off. We installed 3 tires and parked it back outside. When customer picked up car the salesman told him that we also had problems getting the car to start and also stay running. The customer picked vehicle up at ******.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
      The business is not acknowledging the emergency situation I had with my vehicle immediately after picking it up. This was not a normal issue for my vehicle. This was an extremely dangerous situation, and had to have been caused by the team at Plaza Tire. 
      Attached, they did not alert me to any problems with the engine on their diagnostic report. 

      I had a mechanic document their findings before and after the tire plaza service I received and found that there are new issues AFTER taking my car in. The mechanic has evidence to believe the torque on my vehicle was turned up due to the inability of the techs to keep my car running. When I dropped it off, I told them it runs slow sometimes and that if you just push the gas a little itll stay going and not die. 

      I genuinely do not want to drag this out in small claims court over such an old project car but if I must, I will.
