      I can confirm that on 6/4/25 a replacement request was sent to Sleep Number as they handle all base replacements themselves once requested by Leggett & Platt.

      I ordered a sleep number adjustable bed control box with power cord after talking with representatives at the sleep number warranty center, Leggett.and Platt. After following their directions of installation I found out that the problem was not with the control box. I contacted the warranty center and was given directions on returning the control box with cord which was received at the sleep number warehouse on April 6, 2025. I have subsequently called several times checking on the status of my full refund. On Aril 11, 2025 I received a credit to my account of $37.88 which was the price of the power cord. I called the warranty center and was told that I didn't return the new control box that I received. I still have the 10 year old box which the reset button doesn't even work which I told the warranty center so i do not understand why sleep number is stating that I returned the old/used box. This part costs over $550 and I am not confident in any of the support that I have received from Leggett & Platt warranty service representatives.

      I purchased an Adjustable Base on May 16th, 2024 from ****************** in *********, MD. it was delivered and installed on May 18th, 2024. 3 weeks later I was propped up in bed when the base cracked in half and slammed me back flat, hurting my back in the process.I called Mattress Warehouse on 6/11/24 who said that this was a warranty issue and I needed to speak with Leggett and Platt. L&P denied my claim first stating this was an installation issue. I requested to speak to a supervisor and I spoke with L., who said its my fault for not using an adjustable mattress. L&P says this information is listed in their warranty but:1. I wouldnt have access to the warranty until AFTER I made the purchase. 2. I asked specifically at the time of purchase and was told I could use any mattress. 3. My mattress came as a bed in a box so if it could be folded into a box it is adjustable. 4. I requested this information in writing from L&P and was sent a copy of the warranty that I already have. It does not state that a specific mattress is required. I replied to the email asking B. And L. to highlight the section that required a specific mattress. I received no response to my email. I followed up in July 2024 with *** Corporate who directed me to send an email to customer service. I spoke to *** in October 2024 and they insisted it was a Leggett and Platt warranty issue. L&P again denied my claim with no further explanation. March 12, 2025 I called L&P again. The employee A. and her supervisor were disgustingly rude, cutting me off, and refusing to listen. They blamed my mattress type and combined weight of the bed. No one from L&P had ever requested any information on my mattress. I provided documentation of the mattress dimensions, the base, the mattress on the base, and I was told we will not be replacing the base whatsoever. Frankly, Im astonished at the refusal to honor the warranty even after the excuses for the denial were proven inaccurate.

      I bought a Sleep Number Bed from their online store 02/212023. When it was delivered I was never given a remote instead the technician programed my phone to operate my bed. I've been told that is common. I moved in December of 2024. 1/13/2025 I was very sick and wanted to lay up in bed. My bed did not work. I called Sleep Number and was told to call Leggett & Platt Adjustable Base so I did. I explained that it did not work with the sleep number app or manually. I was told in order to troubleshoot my base I needed a remote. I told them I did not want to give a third company my credit card information over the phone. I was not able to order it on their website and finally talked in to ordering the remote. I received the remote and called to troubleshoot my base I called and told how to pair the remote and base. After pairing the two the bed didn't work and I was told I needed to spend additional money for service repair or order another part and install it myself. I told them many times that I couldn't get it to work manually and they didn't listen to me which was very frustrating because I was very sick and speaking was painful and hard. Sleep Number says my warranty is years but Leggett & Platt Adjustable Base says they only offer 1 year of purchase .

      I made a purchase in Rooms To Go in June *********************************************************************** November 2024. It does not work and makes a real weird noise .. I contacted Rooms to Go customer service and the referred me to The vendor Legget and Platt .. witch I called in a number of occasion and no one returned my call.. I also went online with the same results. Finally, I got a call after Rooms to Go stepped in.. A service tech came by and ordered a motor.. and returned to replace it after it arrived.. Guess what.. it doesnt work and also makes same weird noise.. I called Legget and Platt and finally got thru .. I requested a replacement of the adjustable base.. I was told they dont replace.. they only send parts..now they want to send the remote control.. I told them that I have not have use of the adjustable base for more than two months and it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep because this bed is in the up position ..

      10.13.18 $3200 One of my remotes on the bed I purchased, doesn't work anymore. I contacted this company and emailed them the ** to get a replacement. I know the remote is out of warranty, I was willing to pay for it only, because you can't have just one remote for two twin size adjustable beds. I got an email from ***** **** on January 2, 2025 at 12:00, stating they don't carry my particular remote for my bed anymore. He said since they don't carry the remote, I have to pay for the upgrade conversion kit for it to work. The bed itself has a 10 year warranty. I should not have to pay $190.80 including shipping, because they don't carry my remote. It's not my fault they don't have it anymore. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.

      *** *******hey should have the tracking number because they are the ones that sent me the return label. To summarize, Leggett gave me wrong information that we needed a conversion kit and charged me for a conversion kit that I didnt need. They had the remote I needed in stock. Now that the conversion kit has been lost either in shipping or at their facility, they are saying that Im responsible for the cost, for something they sent me that I didnt need. I did everything that was required of us, and more because of having to deal with returning wrong parts sent to us. Ive talked to several people at customer service. Ive been promised calls back from managers. I never have received a refund or a call back. Leggett owes us $140.57 and that is what we would need to settle this matter.

      Called customer regarding the complaint. I left my contact information on his voicemail. An email was also sent to the customer that I am trying to contact him regarding his BBB complaint about not receiving his refund. The customer called in on 10/30/2024 and spoke to a customer service representative and was informed that this issue would be resolved today, and he would get a call back. The customer was unsure if he would get a call back because he did not get one before. The package was found at the warehouse. Customer was refunded back for the conversion kit along with the taxes (total $121.05). The customer was sent the remote control at no charge and no charge for shipping the remote to him ($124.91).

      I contacted the business informed them I am working with Mattress Firm to replace the adjustable bed.

      Please close the complaint. Still not satisfied with Leggett & Platt not assuming responsibility for their product.

      ntirety, there's nothing in the manual advising not to put the bed inside of a metal frame, nothing. The only exclusive to void the warranty was weight limit of 850 lbs. This company need to do the right thing fix or repair their faulty product. This is workmanship problem.

      I bought one of their adjustable bases on 6/2/24 and it was delivered and installed on 6/8/24 by rooms to go. Since then I cannot have more than 1 person sleep in the king size bed as one side does not support ANY weight!!! I have tried more than 90 times to call their warranty number but it is always a busy signal no matter when you call. I have my phone records to prove how many times and days I have attempted to reach this company. I also submitted an online request with no results. I need this base fixed or replaced ASAP so my husband and I can go back to sleeping together
