      This company is a scam!! I purchased their adjustable base. It bent and I have been getring the run around on replacing it.

      My husband suffers from extremely painful sciatica as do I. This was the primary reason for our purchase of the adjustable base bed and mattress. The adjustable base has broken since January 2024. A technician came to our home from Leggett and Platt (L&P) and determine the base was not repairable. We contacted L&P regarding the replacement and were assured the bases would be replaced. We have a split king and that requires two twin bases. One was delivered on 4/29. There should have been two delivered since both sides were deemed non-repairable. Today is May 15th and there is still no replacement received for the other side of the bed. When I spoke with L&P on 4/29, the second base was to be delivered within a week. It has not been received by the installers yet. After the 4/29 installation, I received a call the next working day asking if I had someone who could install the base. How disrespectful was that? That one call spoke volumes about their customer service and how much they valued their customers.Today, L&P is pointing fingers at the shipping and delivery companies for not completing the install. I was told L&P does not follow up on delivery and installation. The only way they determine some thing has fallen through the cracks is when the customer calls them with that information.The the customer is severly impacted if something goes awry. Since we have to go through this problems and changes when there is a problem, we need to be put on salary with L&P for doing their job. We pay for good customer support.For the many broken promises, time wasted making numerous calls regarding status, the length of time it has taken to resolve this still unresolved issue, the lack of understanding the urgency and suffering my husband and I have gone through physically, the new base should be delivered and our money refunded.

      Buyer BEWARE!!!! Fraudulent Company!!! The adjustable base bed caused a fire, and burned my wall outlets, burned the fuse, and caused circuit breaker malfunction. After 6 months of correspondence, as if they were goi g to pay to remedy the issue, they reneged and said they cant pay! I am filing a legal complaint as well as will never do business with them again!

      very disappointed... used their mattress maybe five times until it would no longer hold air. made several calls to Air Dream and Leggett and Platt, just got the run around. They kept referring me to retailers to purchase another one. Why would anyone buy another defective product.

      After 3 months of calling this company to get a dang replacement power supply., I finally gave up. They lie, and lie and for 3 Months sent me around a mountain. Kept giving me another phone number to call and it was absolutely a lie and total waste of my time. Do not do vines with this company. **************** is horrible and very lacking.

      This is one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The Bed is absolutely horrible. I bought it a week ago and it already stopped working!!! they are absolutely horrible to reach on the phone and there is no customer service or service period. They are absolutely awful. I still havent been able to reach anyone. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy this base!

      Bought a king adjustable bed frame and the plastic connection on the motor plunger broke off & I was told I would have to buy a new motor assy at $80. Bed frame was $1600 never again will I buy a Leggett & Platt anything! One star is too much

      Awful customer support. Purchased a L&P adjustable base in 2019. December of 2022 stopped functioning. I phoned support and waited on the line for 2 hours before pressing 1 for a call back. I never received a call back. 4 Days later, I called again, the agent helped me troubleshoot the reomote issue and told me I needed to be escalated to tier 2 support and would again receive a call back. Also, I was told it was under warranty. Fast forward another week with no call back. I phoned support again, and was told they do not have tier 2 support and it is not under warranty. This was after another 2 hour wait on hold, and 2 more waiting for a call back. I had to order the remote for $83. It is an 8 button remote. For $83. Would highly suggest not purchasing adjustable bases from Leggett and ***** under any circumstances. I should have read this page prior to ordering at mattress firm. I would have certainly kept my business from them. I hope this review can serve as a warning to any of you all that are purchasing a bed frame.

      I called on Jan 12, 2023, to request a replacement remote for my L&P adjustable base. The customer service representative was very helpful in quoting the price for the replacement. However, she proceeded to be very condescending while I was quickly reviewing the Remote Guide with instructions for programming the new remote, that she emailed while we were on the call, to make sure I was comfortable with how to program. When I politely asked her to be patient for a minute so that I could review the instructions, she adopted a condescending and rude attitude (with a sigh in her voice) as she responded that she was always patient while continuing to snap at me when I asked questions. I decided to not ask any further questions, simply place the order so that I could end the call, as her attitude was so negative that I didnt want that to affect my day. Very poor customer service experience!

      Purchased an Air Dream mattress by Leggett and Platt through default as it was part of a sleeper sofa I purchased from a furniture company. Super comfortable and easy to use, except it only lasted 2 years with infrequent use and NO children, pets, or very heavy people sleeping on it (my 130-pound mother was our most frequent guest). The seam around the inflator motor is coming apart, so the mattress will no longer hold air. Leggett & Platt honors a 12-month warranty on air products, and while I totally appreciate that they can't account for what happens once their mattresses are in someone's home, I would still think they would want their products to last longer than this. I submitted a total of 3 requests for contact to the Leggett & Platt website, and upon the 3rd attempt, finally received a response that simply directed me to a retail website to buy a new mattress. Of course, I would never expect the company to replace the mattress outside of the warranty period, and I didn't ask for this at all. I simply asked for someone to acknowledge my concern, maybe assure me that this is not a common occurrence, and to help me feel secure about purchasing an Air Dream replacement product as opposed to switching to another company. But nope, that was too much to ask, so here I am writing reviews to warn other consumers of their shoddy products and nonexistent customer service. I am going to make every attempt to find a replacement bladder from a DIFFERENT company.
