    Windows for less put replacement Windows in our rental home and guaranteed that it would be replaced for any reason while we owed the property. We pulled the window sash out as requested by *** in May We were told to take it somewhere else because the person on site didn't know where it came from. I had my original receipt in hand and showed him. It cost ****** to fix the window. *** had done many jobs for us. I would like to be reimbursed for hiring someone else.

    Our windows are warrantied. She was asked to bring the window sash in so we can exchange the glass. We have the means to do so since we are the manufacturer. She said she would have her son bring it in and he has not done so. We were happy to exchange the glass, but since it was not brought in we cannot fix it. All they have to do is bring the sash in and we will exchange it.
