    They said appointment at 9:00 he never showed ,we called him and no responce.

    We bought windows for our home and had them installed. After a year and a year we had a seal appear to have been compromised and when I called them they would not answer so I emailed them and got a response told to send them pictures of the problem. Have yet to hear back dont buy anything from them they wont stand behind their products or warranty. Buyer beware

    i bought new windows for the whole 1st floor of my house less than 2 years ago. Installation was great. About a year later one of the windows cracked due to extreme cold weather in January. Was told the windows had a lifetime guarantee so i called to get it replaced. I have been trying to get a call back for over 5 months. I have called them multiple times. Finally got a call and they told me the window type was discontinued and they had the replacement glass there but needed to check and make sure it wasn't cracked. Will have to take off work, board up my window, remove the sash and drive it 30+ miles to their shop so they can install the glass, if and when the owner checks the glass and calls me back. Very disappointing customer service. Was going to see about them replacing my upstairs windows but will find someone else now.

    Theres a life time warranty on seal failure. 1 year warranty on glass breakage. After 2 years the factory is doing it as a courtesy. Were also serving it as a courtesy. There is no warranty on the labor. None of us know when a factory is going to decide to discontinue a item. We apologize for any convince.
