    If I could give zero stars I would. Since I have bought my Townhouse 3 years ago I have not been satisfied with the **** We pay an astronomical amount a month for ***************. We pay more a month than most people pay a year to their HOA's. They don't do anything for the properties. We pay for maintenance and lawn care, however they don't take care of your personal lawn, that is your responsibility, which you will be fined for if it is not kept up. And unless a storm damages SEVERAL properties, they don't take care of the maintenance and you have to pay out of pocket for that as well. They never respond to you. I sent an email over a week ago asking questions and have yet to receive a response. I've even sent a follow up. I called after not receiving a response and they stated my property manager didn't come in until 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, when they open at 8:00 AM. When I asked to speak with someone because she wasn't responding to me, they just transferred me to one of her colleagues to answer my questions. It really ***** when an HOA is more concern about their pay checks than the actually community who is paying them. They do NOTHING for me as a homeowner and I am currently stuck with this property. My goal is to sell as soon as possible. I read the BBB complaints that other residents have left and the responses from this company are garbage and they respond with a "poor me" were the victims response. Not that this review will change anything unfortunately.

    I have lived in my condo for 20 years. At first we had a great property manager, but when she retired, we've gotten two incompetent people since. They don't return phone calls or emails, and if they actually do, they act extremely put out to have to do their jobs. They've raised their fees over the allotted amount per the bylaws, and when I asked for a copy, I was told it was online. When I looked online, it was only half the copy; and when I asked for a full copy with the exhibits, I was ignored and refused a copy. The property is poorly maintained and looks terrible. This is just a few of the reasons I've opted to put my place on the market. I don't want to deal with them and their incompetency any longer.

    WORST COMPANY EVER !!!! DOES NOT RETURN CALLS NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE,CANT SEEM TO GET THERE RECORDS STRAIGHT AT ALL! ALWAYS A NEW EXCUSE OH NEW SOFTWARE , ITS HANDLED THEN THE NEXT YEAR COMES AROUND AND I HAVE TO REPEAT THE STEPS TO PROVE I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY!!!!! COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR

    They handle Peppermill Condos in *******************. Very bad lawn care and snow care. However they still decided to raise the condo fee an additional $30 starting 01/01/2023. Its been raised up way too many times with no improvements. I have been there since July 2018 when it was 165 and we are at 280 starting January. Not fair, at all and we never get to reach a live person all you ever get is voicemails or email communication. I want to know where my money is going. We also had a big invasion of bees and spiders.
