    Great company to work with if interested in getting involved in transportation industry, although it took longer than expected to hear back from someone. Overall I enjoyed the straightforwardness and help getting information on how to create passive income using the 1 stop shop business model that was explained.

    Do not spend your money on their services at all. They are scamming people. They initially told me and my business partner it would take 2 months to get our business up and running back. We are 4/5 months in and still have nothing going. We keep getting excuses such as "waiting for the driver to finish their training", "the weather slowed things down", "drivers have to do orientation", and the latest excuse "due to recent regulation changes there has been a delay". They listed the regulations that changed and I went an researched them. The regulation that had the most recent change was from April 2024! I responded back to their email asking them how is this change considered recent enough for it to be impacting us if you've known about it since April and we spoke in December. No response. At this point, I think they ran out of excuses to give. They're not picking up phone calls anymore which has never been a problem before that email was sent. Avoid them at all costs.

    Started off with good promise but 45 days after signing contract I experienced poor service, lack of attention to detail, unanswered email/phone communication and overall disrespectful business practices. When having any issues with my truck they were always unavailable without any callback nor response. Never notified when there was a need to hire new drivers or updated with an information. I truly believe this is a scam or ponzi scheme. BEWARE!!

    If you are new to the industry and you are curious about getting started. This is the place to start! Excellent system, professional friendly staff, and very knowledgeable of the industry as a whole. I am very pleased with my services and am definitely excited to build my fleet with their comprehensive fleet builder program.

    I started working with this company earlier this year and can honestly say that they have assisted me with automating the most challenging part of the industry...access to the equipment and a system that I can keep track of my equipment and drivers without all the hassle. I appreciate the system that Portal has put in place to help me with the time and energy it takes to put all the components in place for my freight hauling needs. They have simplified my life tremendously. There were a few kinks that needed to be worked out in the beginning. But the owner of PTS was open minded, he was consistent, and he was diligent in his efforts to ensure that the process was thorough and beneficial. He exercised patience with me and my team, even when things were a little challenging. He made sure that was he promised was delivered every time! I appreciate the genius that went into developing a system like Portal Transportation Solutions. And I also appreciate all of the knowledge I did gain as a result of doing business with them.
