    Beware this is a very misleading scam!! Asked for a refund within the 60 day scam window they presented and they told me they had provided everything in my contract besides profit.They offered me a $750 dollar zelle payment as a walk away payment. GTFOH!! No i want my 15k back!

    This company promised to set up a trucking automation service, and I followed all the steps to enter the program. A few weeks into the program, I noticed the fuel being charged did not match the distance of the loads. Additionally, invoices for maintenance were created that never occurred. Suddenly, I was informed that the driver was stealing and was the cause of the issue. When I contacted Portal Transport Solutions (******) for an answer, they suddenly stopped answering my calls. I have not heard from them in over a month, and they still have my truck. They promised a money-back guarantee, but no company member has followed up with me. This company is a scam.

As per the terms of our agreement, we have fulfilled our obligations by providing these services.It's important to note that our services do not guarantee specific revenue or profit outcomes. Additionally, we acknowledge that we do not do in house dispatch and the company you are referring to as far as fuel and loads was a previous affiliate that we have broken ties with due to similar issues. We will not mention the name of that broker here, but we are both aware of whom we speak. Also, in certain situations, we have covered some of your expenses as a goodwill gesture. This demonstrates our commitment to maintaining positive and cooperative relationships with our clients.We genuinely aim to address your concerns and find an amicable resolution. However, we must reiterate that a full refund is not feasible, as the services outlined in your contract were delivered as agreed upon.If you have specific concerns or issues you'd like to discuss further, we are more than willing to engage in a dialogue and explore potential solutions that can lead to a more positive experience.Our commitment is to provide high-quality transportation services and maintain strong partnerships with our clients, and we will do our best to work together toward a satisfactory resolution.
