    Neighbors mis-representated their available services on ***********. I filled out a survey about the specific type of house that I was looking for, and was connected with Neighbors as a qualified lender for my given information. After they obtained my personal information and processed a hard credit check, they informed me that despite me submitting exact information about what I needed, and they said they could service it, they cannot.

    My lender was ****** *****, he was absolutely stellar throughout the entire process. He walked me through step by step and explained everything to me so that I could understand, multiple times on occasion actually. He was prompt and every time I called he answered the phone, if I had to leave a seldom message he responded within an hour at most, probably not even that long. He gave me a heads up if he wasnt gonna be in the office but would still call while on vacation to keep me informed. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process. He is an employee that every employer would love to have on their team. Im sure satisfied that he was on my team. Thank you **** and thank you Neighbors Bank.

    This is my first home to purchase, and everyone I dealt with at Neighbors Bank was kind, quick to respond, explained things without making me feel like an idiot. Lol I am so, so very thankful that I chose to go through Neighbors Bank! Thanks to **** *., ******** *., and ***** *.     In over 40 years of buying and selling *********** this is by far the worst company Ive ever seen. Application process was simple, but after ***** ***** got involved went completely off the Rails. I was asked for the same information over and over again. I submitted the same information at least 3 or 4 times. When it became apparent that I could supply everything they asked for they would throw up another Road block . I sent in over 70 uploads and Documents 7 pages worth of information and was asked for more . I wouldnt recommend this Predatory Lenders to my enemies. ******** customer service. I called ***** at least 4 times and never returned any calls. He told me he had no missed calls from Me. I sent him 4 screenshots of the calls and no response. Steer clear of this company.

    Neighbors Bank is the best. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my loan ******** ************************************ and her team. The process was smooth, easy to understand, and ********* communicated with me through everything, even my hundreds of questions. They were all patient and walked me through the process. This was a much better experience than my first home purchase, and I will keep using Neighbors for future purchases too!
