      In October 2023 I noticed a collection added to my credit report (Equifax). I wrote a letter and sent via **** to the company listed (this company) and I never received a response. Im February I wrote another letter and sent via **** Certified Mail which required a signature. **** collected a signature and sent me a verification of it. I still have not received a response from this company. I have disputed this account with Equifax. The address I have sent the letters to is the one that shows up on my credit report. I have this negative **** on my credit report and have received no notification from this company saying where this came from. Or validation The only indication I have is what is on my credit report. Like I previously mentioned, I have written two letters to this company and received no response. I am willing to provide further documentation as needed.

      Settlement request have been received and we followed up with the service provider on the settlement request. Service provider declined the settlement offer, provider would not sign the agreement for settlement and return.
