      This man, *** *****, is a deceptive individual who says whatever he thinks you want to hear in order to get inside the home where he then tries to sell you whole life ins. When I confronted him he admitted to deceiving me because otherwise I know you wouldn't have let me in.' ******

      I am a senior. Most every call I get, though I try to be courteous, I DO ask questions. I have never made it through a complete call - I GET HUNG UP ON!!!They called ME, I didnt call them. Ultimate in redeness!

If you had a moment to peek at our other reviews on here, I am sure you can see it is very rare for us to get a complaint, so we would definitely like to get to the bottom of it. I looked up your name / email in our system that our agents use and I am not seeing you in there. I also searched your zip code and it shows you are located in ************** -- is that correct? While we do have a handful of clients there, a majority of our agents are working/calling in ******** and ********. Unfortunately in our line of work, there are MANY competitors as well as impersonators that use the name "senior" or "benefits" in their name and sound similar to ours. I fear you may have found the wrong business on here and if so, I would kindly ask if you might remove this review? If you still feel strongly it is in fact us, would you minding giving our Vice President, *** *******, a call to report the agent name and phone number that this came from so that we are able to address it?
