      * Service Excellence *Just turning 65 and I was a bit anxious signing up for *************** is patient and answered every question and concern with a positive outlook. No pressure.       Was recommended to call ****** to help with transitioning our ACA health plan once my husband went to ********* ****** was responsive and informative. He informed me of the timing of when the notifications are due, and offered to assist to make it a painless process. He removed all of the worry of going through this uncharted territory on my own. Very happy I reached out.

      I have been very pleased with the service that I received from the Senior Benefits Service agent ****************************. He is very knowledgeable with what is available. He was very prompt in letting me know my options. Also, when it came time to renew, he let me know that there were less expensive plans available. Any time I had questions, he was there to answer them. I would highly recommend this service to those who would need it.

      ************************* is extremely knowledgeable and responsive in answering my questions about ******** and supplemental coverages. **** was recommended to me by a person whose opinion I value highly. Then I spoke with 3 different consultants for these services, and he was by far the most impressive. The direction he gave me regarding how to sign up for ******** and what to expect once I applied for a Medigap policy and drug coverage were spot on.

      We have been using the West Plains site for over one year. They are always VERY friendly, helpful and caring. They go out of their way to help you with setting up accounts for you. They offer you coffee, etc. and make you feel at home. They are out of this world with customer service.
