      I had used your services when I first signed up for ******** about 4 years ago. It was very helpful to have guidance from someone who was knowledgeable and not connected with a specific insurance company. I learned about various options and suggestions. My husband signed up for ******** the following year and because of health issues, we were told of a different plan that worked better for him, and I decided to stay with the plan I had. The person we worked with left your company and I was happy with the plan I had so did not look into changing. I got a phone call from you last fall about a different option I might want to consider. After researching both plans, I decided to change.
